Continuous changes in educational and care environments, coupled with growing health needs, are leading to an increasing demand for higher quality health care services. This quality is closely related to the competencies of health care providers. Therefore, adopting a competency-based approach to nursing education is considered important in order to achieve quality standards [1]. In this regard, the important role of education in medical sciences is to educate individuals with the necessary qualifications needed by society and ultimately create a conducive environment for the advancement of health and treatment in the country. The Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) serves as a scientific method for assessing the clinical competencies of graduates and is essential in the educational process. Implementing new management strategies to address challenges in the evolution of education, introducing innovative methods, integrating both new and traditional approaches, and enhancing clinical assessment methods can all be effective in improving the overall educational experience [2]. In fact, it is an evaluation method in which students’ clinical skills are assessed physically at simulated stations [3]. In recent years, there has been an introduction of a new student-centered educational method and increased student participation in the learning process. As a result, the goals and methods of knowledge assessment have also improved. One such method is the structured clinical examination, which is a multi-system test that utilizes real or simulated patients to assess clinical skills, attitudes, and cognitive abilities [4]....
