urgerieaim:Comparison of job and educational satisfaction in neurosurgery residents before and after the corona virus pandemic and the assessment of compliance with health protocols after the corona virus pandemic
method: 
The present study was conducted cross-sectionally among 30 neurosurgery assistants, 15 assistants from Rasoul Akram Hospital and 15 assistants from Firouzgar Hospital in Tehran, from Farudin to June 1401. Sampling was done by a simple random method in such a way that a list of specialized neurosurgery assistants was prepared from Rasool and Firouzgar hospitals and the conditions of the plan were explained to them online; Then the assistants were asked to answer the questionnaire that was given to them through the link of the questionnaire site.
The questions in the study questionnaire were extracted from CREAVERO and MSQ questionnaires. These questionnaires were given to the assistants in a merged questionnaire. The link of this questionnaire was placed in the group related to the assistants, where all the assistants were present, and the necessary explanations for the invitation to the questionnaire and the purpose of the study were also placed in the aforementioned group, and about a month was given so that as many people as possible could have enough time to complete it. 
Results: assistants have average job satisfaction (mean 48.10) and there was a significant relationship witj assistan's academic year and age (pavlue=0.045,0.031). 
conclusion: the pandemic caused the assistants to increase their anxiety and dissatisfaction with the educational and worjing process and decrease the number of surgeries.
