Sampling was done by a simple random method in such a way that a list of specialized neurosurgery assistants was prepared from Rasool and Firouzgar hospitals and the conditions of the plan were explained to them online; Then the assistants were asked to answer the questionnaire that was given to them through the link of the questionnaire site.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">The questions in the study questionnaire were extracted from CREAVERO and MSQ questionnaires. These questionnaires were given to the assistants in a merged questionnaire.
