Background and Objective:
One of the important principles of management is to generalize and examine the relationship between successful intelligence and professional ethics with creative work engagement in companies and institutions.
Methods:
This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between successful intelligence and professional ethics with creative work engagement among employees of the Iranian Red Crescent Textile Industries Company. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of the company, totaling approximately 350 individuals. From this population, 183 participants were selected as the sample size using simple random sampling based on Morgan’s table. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the opinions of supervisors and advisors, and its reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, which was calculated to be higher than 0.70.
Findings:
The findings indicated that there was a positive and statistically significant relationship at the 0.99 confidence level between professional ethics, length of service, successful intelligence (analytical intelligence and creative intelligence), and job involvement among faculty members of Islamic Azad University medical sciences units. In addition, a positive and statistically significant relationship at the 0.99 confidence level was observed between successful intelligence (analytical, creative, and practical) and professional ethics among Iranian Red Crescent Textile Industries Company.
Conclusion:
The results of multiple regression analysis examining the collective effect of independent variables on the dependent variable revealed that professional ethics, creative intelligence, practical intelligence, and analytical intelligence had a positive effect on job involvement.
