fa نگرش و احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در سال 1403 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: نگرش بیماران نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در کلینیک های زنان و ناباروری موضوع مورد علاقه و تحقیقات قابل توجهی در جامعه پزشکی است. درک این نگرش ها برای بهبود آموزش پزشکی و تجارب بیمار بسیار مهم است. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش و احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در سال 1403 انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم در سال 1403 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه حضور دانشجو در درمانگاه می باشد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: براساس میانگین نمره حیطه احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه نسبت به حضور دانشجویان 1/15&plusmn;3/11 بود. میانگین نمره نگرش بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه نسبت به حضور دانشجویان 0/64&plusmn;3/40 از 5 بود. نتایج آزمون آنوا نشان داد که ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺣﺴﺎس و نگرش ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻀﻮر داﻧﺸﺠﻮ در درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی جهرم و متغیرهای سن، وضعیت تأهل، ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشته است (P<0/001).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی جهرم نگرش و احساس نسبتاً مثبتی نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی به‌ویژه د ر صورت رعایت نکات اخلاقی و اطلاع‌رسانی مناسب دارند. ترجیح بیماران به حضور دانشجویان هم‌جنس و تأثیر نوع عضو معاینه‌شده بر رضایت، اهمیت توجه به حریم خصوصی را برجسته می‌کند.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Patients&rsquo; attitudes toward the presence of medical students in gynecology and infertility clinics are a topic of significant interest and research within the medical community. Understanding these attitudes is crucial for improving both medical education and patient experiences. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the attitudes and feelings of patients visiting gynecology and infertility clinics in Jahrom County regarding the presence of medical students in the year 2023-2024.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted on patients visiting gynecology and infertility clinics in Jahrom County in 2023-2024. The data collection tools in this study included two questionnaires: a demographic information form and a questionnaire on student presence in the clinic.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean score of patients&rsquo; feelings toward the presence of students was 3.11&plusmn;1.15 out of 5. The mean score of patients&rsquo; attitudes toward the presence of students was 3.40&plusmn;0.64 out of 5. The results of the ANOVA test indicated a significant difference (P<0.001) between the mean scores of feelings and attitudes toward student presence in Jahrom&rsquo;s gynecology and infertility clinics and the variables of age, marital status, and education level.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The results of the present study showed that patients visiting gynecology and infertility clinics in Jahrom have a relatively positive attitude and feeling toward the presence of medical students, particularly when ethical considerations and proper communication are observed. Patients&rsquo; preference for students of the same gender and the impact of the type of examination performed on satisfaction highlight the importance of respecting privacy. Variables such as age, education level, and marital status played a significant role in patient acceptance levels. Overall, clinical training in these centers, when conducted with adherence to ethical principles and transparent communication, can be compatible with patient satisfaction.<br> <br> &nbsp;</div> نگرش, احساس, بیماران, درمانگاه, زنان و نازایی, دانشجویان پزشکی.
