fa رضایتمندی کارورزان از خدمات آموزشی گروه‌های بالینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: ارتقای سطح آموزش بالینی می‌تواند موجب تعلیم و تربیت دانشجویان با کفایت در حیطه‌های مختلف بالینی گردد و لذا ارزیابی خدمات آموزشی موثرترین شیوه برای بهبود کیفیت آموزشی می‌باشد. بدین منظور مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تعیین رضایتمندی کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان از خدمات آموزشی گروه‌های بالینی دانشکده پزشکی زاهدان صورت گرفته‌است.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه حاضرتوصیفی- مقطعی بر روی کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در سال 1401 صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری 120 نفر کارورزیوده که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل دو پرسشنامه؛ اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی رضایتمندی کارورزان از کیفیت آموزش دوره بالینی می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 و آمارهای توصیفی و آزمون های اماری استنباطی در سطح معناداری (P<0/05) صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بیشترین نمره رضایتمندی مربوط به بخش طب اورژانس، عفونی به ترتیب با میانگین 0/65&plusmn;2/56 و 0/56&plusmn;2/11 و کمترین نمره رضایتمندی مربوط به بخش‌های زنان و ارتوپدی به ترتیب با میانگین 0/25&plusmn;0/67 و 0/34&plusmn;0/86 بوده ‌است (P=0/035). بعلاوه میانگین رضایتمندی کلی کارورزان با افزایش سن بطور معناداری کاهش داشته‌ است (P=0/02).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: رضایتمندی کارورزان از بخش‌های Major (نظیر اطفال، ارتوپدی و زنان) کمتر بود و در بخش‌های Minor) نظیر طب اورژانس، عفونی) بیشتر بود. در این راستا پیشنهاد می‌شود تا آموزش سرپایی در کلینیک‌های آموزشی مورد توجه قرار گیرد و توجه بیشتری به زمان آموزش بالینی در بخش‌های ماژور معطوف گردد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Improving clinical education can lead to adequate education for students in various clinical fields. Therefore, the evaluation of educational services is the most effective way to improve the quality of education. This study aimed to evaluate the satisfaction of the interns of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences with the educational services of the clinical departments of Zahedan Medical School.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 120 medical interns at the Zahedan University of Medical Sciences in 2022. The data collection tool in this study included two questionnaires: demographic information and a standard questionnaire to assess interns&rsquo; satisfaction with the quality of clinical training. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 software, and descriptive and inferential statistical tests were performed at a significance level of P<0.05.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results of the present study showed that the highest satisfaction score was related to the emergency medicine and infectious disease departments, with means of 2.56&plusmn;0.65 and 2.11&plusmn;0.87, respectively, and the lowest satisfaction score was related to the gynecology and orthopedic departments, with means of 0.67&plusmn;0.25 and 0.89&plusmn;0.34, respectively (P=0.035). In addition, the mean overall satisfaction of interns decreased significantly with increasing age (P=0.02).<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: Interns&rsquo; satisfaction was lower in major departments (e.g., pediatrics, orthopedics, and gynecology) and higher in minor departments (e.g., emergency medicine and infectious diseases).
