fa تبیین تجربه فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی یزد: مطالعه کیفی عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Tahoma"><strong>مقدمه </strong>مطالعه فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان می‌تواند به فهم عملکرد ضعیف تحصیلی آن‌ها، رابطه دانشجویان با دانشگاه و شوق و اشتیاق آن‌ها نسبت به ادامه تحصیل کمک کند. ازاین‌رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجربه فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی یزد انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش ها</strong> در این مطالعه کیفی از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا جهت کشف دلایل فرسودگی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی استفاده شد. داده‌ها به‌وسیله مصاحبه‌های عمیق ونیمه‌ساختارمند از 15 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد به‌صورت حضوری جمع‌آوری شد. مصاحبه‌ها پس از ضبط تبدیل به متن شد. جملات و بیانات مرتبط با هدف مطالعه از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج، کدگذاری و طبقه‌بندی شد. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوا، تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد 4 عامل اصلی فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان، ضعف علمی و رفتاری اساتید، عدم رضایت از شرایط آموزشگاهی، مشکلات شخصی و مسائل اجتماعی بودند. طبقه‌بندی عوامل، نقش پررنگ عوامل سازمانی (اساتید و محیط دانشکده) را در فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان نشان داد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتایج این مطالعه برای کمک به دست‌اندرکاران آموزشی خصوصاً اساتید دانشکده در جهت کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان، دستاوردهای مناسبی دارد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Background </strong>Academic burnout in students is related to their poor academic performance. The present study aims to explore the factors related to the academic burnout of dental students in Yazd, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods</strong> This is a qualitative study. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 15 students from the Dental School of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd. The interviews were transcribed after recording, the statements related to the purpose of the study were extracted and coded, and the key factors were classified. Data were analyzed by the content analysis method.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The analysis led to extracting four main themes including professors&rsquo; academic/behavioral weaknesses, dissatisfaction with the faculty conditions, personal problems, and social issues.
