fa توصیف تجارب تدریس اعضاء هیات‌علمی غیربالینی دانشگاه‌های علوم‌پزشکی Description of the teaching experience of non-clinical faculty members in Medical Science Universities تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div> <table align="right" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: با توجه به اینکه در شرایط زندگی امروز، نیازهای جامعه در حال تغییر دائمی هستند، در این راستا می‌بایست در فرایند آموزش تغییر ایجاد کرد. دروس غیربالینی قسمت اصلی دوره آموزش علوم‌پزشکی را تشکیل می‌دهد که تاثیر و ماندگاری آن، نیازمند تدریس متناسب با یادگیری مادام‌العمر است. هدف از این مطالعه توصیف و تبیین تجارب تدریس اعضاء هیات‌علمی غیربالینی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوی قراردادی است که به کنکاش در خصوص نقطه‌نظرات اعضای هیأت‌علمی می‌پردازد. شرکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه 1۴ نفر از اساتید غیربالینی دو دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی اصفهان و بوشهر در مرتبه‌های علمی مختلف بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه فردی عمیق نیمه‌ساختارمند استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از کدگذاری و دسته‌بندی داده‌های حاصل، اعضای هیات‌علمی به چهار مضمون اصلی معیارهای انتخاب روش تدریس، فاکتورهای مورد توجه در تدریس، عوامل موثر در تدریس و کلاس درس و انتقال تجارب آموزشی به دیگر اساتید به‌عنوان تجارب اشاره نمودند. نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت‌کنندگان، تجارب موفقی مثل تدریس جذاب، تدریس کاربردی، ایجاد صمیمیت با دانشجو و درک شرایط خاص دانشجو را بیان کردند و عدم علاقه و انگیزه کافی اساتید، عدم آشنایی کافی با روش‌های نوین تدریس و عدم تسلط کافی استاد به مطلب و عدم هماهنگی کافی بین دانشجو و استاد را بعنوان تجارب ناموفق بیان کردند.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div>Background: Given that societal needs are constantly evolving in today's world, it is necessary to create changes in our education. Since non-clinical sciences constitute a significant portion of medical education, the diversity and permanence of these disciplines require lifelong learning tailored to them. Considering that the use of teachers' experiences can play an important role in achieving this goal, it is appropriate to extract and explain these experiences. Methods: This qualitative study was carried out in a semi-structured interview with 14 faculty members of Isfahan and Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. The participants in this study were non-clinical faculty members in various fields. Data analysis was performed using content analysis method in seven steps.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Results: From the coding and classification of the obtained data, faculty members referred to four main themes as experiences, including " criteria for selecting a teaching method", "factors to consider in teaching", "effective factors in teaching and classroom" and "transferring educational experiences to other faculty members".</div> <div>Conclusion: Most participants introduced successful experiences such as attractive teaching, practical teaching, creating intimacy with students, and understanding of student specific conditions. Regarding unsuccessful and negative experiences, they refered to lack of interest and motivation of professors, insufficient familiarity with innovative teaching methods and lack of mastery of subject matter by professors and insufficient coordination between students and professors.</div> غیربالینی, تدریس, اعضای هیات‌علمی, تحلیل محتوا.
