fa ارتباط فعالیت های فوق برنامه و کیفیت زندگی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div id="_com_4" uage="JavaScript"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>:ایجاد فضای یادگیری مناسب</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;برای دانشجویان می تواند در پدید آوردن دندانپزشکی با کفایت بالا نقش داشته باشد. یکی از عوامل موثر میتواند فعالیتهای فوق برنامه باشد. بعلت وجود مطالعات کم و وجود نتایج متناقض مطالعه حاضر ارتباط فعالیت های فوق برنامه و کیفیت زندگی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان را ارزیابی می کند.</span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><strong>روش ها</strong>:این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی برروی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی سه سال آخر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان درسال 96-97 انجام گرفت. فرم جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک - فعالیت فوق برنامه بود. &nbsp;برای تعیین کیفیت زندگی پرسشنامه</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SF-36 </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">استفاده گردید. پس ازاخذ رضایت پرسشنامه هاتوزیع وسپس داده ها&nbsp; با </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> ورژن 22 و روشهای آماری توصیفی و وروشهای آماری استنباطی نظیر آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">t</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مستقل ، آنالیز رگرسیون خطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون موردتجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفت&nbsp;</span></span>(p-value<0.05).<br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><strong>یافته ها</strong>: دراین مطالعه130دانشجو(51 پسر و79 دختر</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">) با میانگین معدل 84/15 و میانگین نمره کل کیفیت زندگی 03/72 بودند. ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن میان کیفیت زندگی و معدل ارتباط معنی داری نشان نداد&nbsp;</span></span>(r=0/086, p-value=0/332).<span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">. میانگین کیفیت زندگی درگروه دارای فعالیت فوق برنامه بیشتراز مواردی که فعالیت فوق برنامه نداشتند بود اما از دید آماری معنادار نبود </span></span>(P>0.05)<span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></span><br> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: بطور کلی میتوان دریافت که احتمالا انجام فعالیتهای فوق برنامه از علل افت تحصیلی و یا پیشرفت تحصیلی نمیباشد وباتوجه به اینکه میانگین معدل دانشجویان در رشته دندان پزشکی درحدمطلوبی نبود، بررسی فاکتورهای دیگر موثر بر پیشرفت و عملکرد تحصیلی باید مد نظر قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>:Creating an appropriate learning environment for students can play a role in generating dentist with high qualification. One of the factors that can be effective is extracurricular activities. Becouse of few studies and contradictory results, this study evaluate the Relationship between extracurricular activities and quality of life with academic achievement in dental students of Isfahan University of medical sciences.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>:This descriptive-analytical study was carried out on dental students in the last three years of education in Isfahan University of medical sciences during year of 96-97.The data collection form was divided into,demographic information and extracurricular activities. The quality of life was determined with the SF-36 questionnaire.Then, after the satisfaction questionnaire was distributed, data were analyzed by SPSS VERSION22 and descriptive statistical methods, Pearson correlation&nbsp; coefficient , t-test and linear regression(p-value<0.05).<br> <strong>Results</strong>:In this study, 130 students (51 males and79 females) were studied with the mean academic achievment score<span dir="RTL">84/15</span> and mean score of total quality of life 72.33. Spearman correlation coefficient showed no meaningful relationship between the total score and the quality of life (r=0/086, p-value=0/332).
