This replacement is increasingly developed, and the nursing educators' role and the strategies that they employ in such educational environments are significant. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the nursing faculties' role in improving the quality of electronic education and learning and instructional Strategies. Information sources or data: In this review, the keywords of education, learning, electronic, virtual, and strategy were searched both in Farsi and English, in databases and articles published over the last decade. Issues such as citation, trustworthiness, intellectual property rights, and creation rights were respected in data transfer. Selection methods for study: In order to investigate the role of nursing professors in improving productivity in electronic education and learning and the educational strategies used, a review study was conducted using a narrative review method. Combine content and results: From a total of 345 studies, after removing unrelated, duplicated, overlapping articles and the ones whose full text was not available, ten English and one Persian articles related to the purpose were identified. Conclusion: The results indicated that nursing educators have a fundamental role in promoting the electronic education and learning process. Therefore, to improve this process, they must create and strengthen their abilities and competencies beyond those used in traditional methods. It seems that this requires the creation of the necessary infrastructure. CP - IRAN IN - LG - eng PB - hums-dsme PG - 31 PT - Review YR - 2022
