مقدمه و هدف: افزایش رو به رشد فارغ التحصیلان رشته های علوم پزشکی به عنوان یک نگرانی عمده در جامعه، منجر به اضطراب و ناامیدی دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی میشود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت نگرش دانشجویان رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 است.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است که در مهرماه 1395 انجام شد.جامعه پژوهش را دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان تشکیل دادند. و حجم نمونه بصورت سرشماری250 نفرمحاسبه شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه ی20 سوالی دانشگاه مینه سوتای آمریکا بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SSPS24 و با استفاده از آزمونهای T-Test تک نمونه ای و آنالیزواریانس یک طرفه و آماره های توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج پژوهش حاضر میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره نگرش نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی به ترتیب 2.74 ± 12.64 و 2.63 ± 17.84 بدست آمد، که این نمره در هر دو حیطه پایین تر از حد قابل قبول می باشد. از بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک مورد بررسی تنها بین جنسیت و نگرش به رشته تحصیلی اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده شد(03/0=P)
نتیجه‌گیری: : با توجه به پایین بودن نگرش افراد نسبت به رشته و آینده شغلی خود بنظر میرسد مسئولین مربوطه باید در جهت رفع موانع موجود برنامه ریزی نمایند.و همچنین جهت گرایش مردان نسبت به رشته پرستاری فرهنگ سازی صورت گیرد.
