fa مطالعه تطبیقی برنامه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه رازی و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>هدف</strong>: این پژوهش با رویکردی تطبیقی، برنامه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه رازی و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه را مورد بررسی قرار داد و شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های اصلی آن‌ها را در ساختار و محتوای برنامه‌های درسی شناسایی کرد. هدف اصلی مطالعه، تحلیل ویژگی‌های متمایز هر یک از برنامه‌ها برای تبیین دقیق‌تر سازوکارها و ویژگی‌های نظام آموزشی این دو دانشگاه بود.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این پژوهش توصیفی-تطبیقی با تحلیل کیفی ۳۰ مستند رس می‌مرتبط با برنامه‌های آموزشی دو دانشگاه رازی و علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام شد. مستندات شامل برنامه‌های درسی، آیین نامه‌ها، گزارش‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های آموزشی بود که به صورت هدفمند جمع آوری شدند. داده‌ها بر اساس چک لیست تحلیلی استخراج و توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل تحلیل کیفی شدند که توافق آن‌ها بیش از ۸۵ درصد بود و اعتبار نتایج را تضمین کرد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: دانشگاه رازی با سیستم ترمی/سالانه و دامنه رشته‌های گسترده و بین رشته ای، بر پرورش فارغ‌التحصیلان پژوهشگر و متخصص با تأکید بر آموزش نظری و پروژه محور تمرکز دارد، در حالی که دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه برنامه‌هایی تخصصی طبق الزامات وزارت بهداشت و با تأکید بر آموزش عملی، مهارت‌های بالینی، یادگیری مبتنی بر مساله و استفاده از شبیه سازها ارائه می‌کند. در هر دو دانشگاه، هیئت علمی، امکانات آموزشی و فرصت‌های شغلی متناسب با مأموریت‌های تعیین‌شده فراهم شده است. نتایج امتیازدهی نشان می‌دهد که دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در ابعاد محتوا، روش‌های تدریس، ارزشیابی، امکانات، هیئت عل می‌و فرصت‌های شغلی امتیاز بالاتری کسب کرده است؛ در حالی‌که دانشگاه رازی در حوزه اهداف آموزشی عملکرد بهتری دارد. همچنین، هر دو دانشگاه رویکردی فعال نسبت به نوآوری‌های آموزشی و به‌روزرسانی مستمر برنامه‌های درسی اتخاذ کرده‌اند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که دانشگاه رازی و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه هر کدام با رویکرد و مأموریت خاص خود، برنامه‌های آموزشی منطبق بر نیازهای عل می‌و حرفه‌ای حوزه تخصصی خود را ارائه می‌دهند. همکاری و تبادل تجربیات بین این دو دانشگاه می‌تواند کیفیت آموزش عالی و آمادگی فارغ‌التحصیلان را بهبود بخشد و به توسعه پایدار نظام آموزش عالی کشور کمک کند.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The study conducted a comparative analysis of the educational programs at Razi University and Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, identifying key differences and similarities in the structure and content of their curricula. The main objective of the research was to analyze and clarify the characteristics of each program to better understand the educational systems of these two universities.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted through a qualitative analysis of 30 official documents related to the educational programs of the two universities. The documents included curricula, regulations, reports, and instructional guidelines, which were collected purposively. Data were extracted based on an analytical checklist and qualitatively analyzed independently by two researchers, whose agreement exceeded 85%, ensuring the credibility of the results.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Razi University, operating under a semester/annual system with a broad and interdisciplinary range of fields, focuses on training research-oriented and specialized graduates with an emphasis on theoretical and project-based education. In contrast, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences offers specialized programs compliant with the Ministry of Health requirements, emphasizing practical training, clinical skills, problem-based learning (PBL), and the use of simulators. For assessment, besides written and oral exams, Kermanshah University utilizes clinical practical exams such as OSCE. Faculty members, educational facilities, and employment opportunities at both universities are aligned with their respective missions. Scoring revealed that Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences has higher ratings in content, teaching methods, evaluation, facilities, faculty, and job opportunities, whereas Razi University scored higher in educational objectives. Both universities are committed to educational innovation and curriculum updates.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: This study conducted a comparative analysis of the educational programs at Razi University and Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, identifying key differences and similarities in the structure and content of their curricula.
