fa تحلیل کتاب سنجی مطالعات ارزشیابی اساتید پزشکی: مرور هفت دهه Bibliometric analysis of evaluation studies of medical professors: a review of seven decades عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: ارزشیابی اعضای هیات علمی پزشکی یکی از جنبه های مهم آموزش پزشکی است و تحقیقات در این زمینه طی سالیان متمادی در حال رشد بوده است. این مطالعه با هدف ارائه یک تجزیه و تحلیل کتاب سنجی جامع از تحقیقات در مورد ارزشیابی اساتید دانشکده های پزشکی در یک دوره نزدیک به هفت دهه انجام شد. منابع اطلاعات یا داده‌ها: رویکرد کتاب سنجی برای تجزیه و تحلیل پیشینه پژوهش ارزشیابی اساتید دانشکده پزشکی در پایگاه داده Web of Science استفاده شد. روش‌های انتخابی برای مطالعه: روش شناسی شامل چهار مرحله جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، تصویر سازی داده‌ها و تفسیر داده‌ها بود.  ترکیب مطالب و نتایج: در مجموع 348 مطالعه منتشر شده بین سال های 1957 و 2024 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج رشد ثابتی را در تعداد انتشارات در طول زمان با نرخ رشد سالانه 5.1 درصد نشان داد. پربازده ترین کشورها از نظر انتشارات عبارتند از: ایالات متحده، استرالیا، انگلستان، کانادا و آلمان. پر استناد ترین نشریات عبارت بودند از: Academic Medicine، BMC Medical Education و Medical Teacher. این تجزیه و تحلیل همچنین نشان داد که همکاری انجام شده در این مطالعات بین‌المللی بوده و 18.68 درصد از مطالعات دارای نویسندگانی از کشورهای مختلف هستند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که این زمینه به طور فزاینده‌ای فعال و پویا می‌شود و هر ساله محققان بیشتری در این زمینه مشارکت می‌کنند. در بررسی ریشه های تحقیقاتی، سه خوشه مجزا در طول زمان پدیدار شد. در ابتدا (1980-1957)، مطالعات بر توسعه روش ها و ابزارهای ارزشیابی، با تأکید بر معیارهای عینی و ابزارهای استاندارد متمرکز بود. مرحله بعدی (2000-1980) تأثیر ارزشیابی بر پیشرفت اساتید و نتایج یادگیری دانشجویان را مورد بررسی قرار داد و ارتباط بین ارزشیابی، انگیزه، رضایت شغلی و عملکرد دانشجو را آشکار کرد. اخیراً (2024-2000)، تحقیقات اهمیت مسائلی مانند فرهنگ، جنسیت، نژاد و نظر دانشجویان در مورد اساتید را بررسی کرده است، نشان می‌دهد که چگونه فرهنگ‌های سازمانی و دپارتمانی بر رویه‌ها و نتایج ارزشیابی تأثیر می‌گذارند. نتیجه‌گیری: این تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی یک مرور کلی از پیشینه پژوهش ارزشیابی اساتید دانشکده پزشکی ارائه می‌کند و رشد و روند در این زمینه را نشان می دهد. این مطالعه اهمیت در نظر گرفتن طیف وسیعی از عوامل، از جمله انگیزه، مشارکت، ادراک، و عوامل زمینه ای، هنگام طراحی و اجرای برنامه های ارزشیابی را نشان می دهد. نتایج برای آموزش و تحقیقات پزشکی پیامدهایی دارد و می‌تواند توسعه سیاست‌ها و شیوه‌های مرتبط با ارزشیابی اعضای هیات‌علمی را نشان دهد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Evaluation of medical faculty members is one of the important aspects of medical education and research in this field has been growing for many years. This study was conducted with the aim of providing a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on the evaluation of faculty of medical schools in a period of nearly seven decades. Information Sources or Data: A bibliometric approach was used to analyze the research background of evaluation of medical school professors in the Web of Science (WOS) database. Selection Methods for Study: The methodology included four stages of data collection, data analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation. Combine Content and Results: A total of 348 studies published between 1957 and 2024 were analyzed. The results showed a steady growth in the number of publications over time with an annual growth rate of 5.1%. The most productive countries in terms of publications are: United States, Australia, England, Canada and Germany. The most cited publications were: Academic Medicine, BMC Medical Education and Medical Teacher. This analysis also showed that the collaboration in these studies was international and 18.68% of the studies had authors from different countries. The results show that this field is becoming increasingly active and dynamic, and every year more researchers contribute to this field. In examining the research roots, three distinct clusters emerged over time. Initially (1980-1957), studies focused on the development of evaluation methods and tools, emphasizing objective criteria and standardized tools. The next phase (1980-2000) examined the impact of evaluation on professors’ progress and student learning outcomes and revealed the relationship between evaluation, motivation, job satisfaction and student performance. More recently (2000–2024), research has examined the importance of issues such as culture, gender, race, and student opinion of faculty, showing how organizational and departmental cultures influence evaluation practices and outcomes. Discussion: This bibliometric analysis provides an overview of the background of medical faculty evaluation research and shows the growth and trend in this field. This study demonstrates the importance of considering a wide range of factors, including motivation, participation, perception, and contextual factors, when designing and implementing evaluation programs.
