fa راهکارهای افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی: تکنیک گروه اسمی عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم در فرایند یادگیری دانشجویان انگیزه تحصیلی می باشد که می تواند بر ابعاد مختلف عملکردی دانشجویان در محیط های آموزشی اثرگذار بوده و مستقیما موفقیت تحصیلی را مورد تاثیر قرار دهد. انگیزه&shy;ی تحصیلی یکی از ملزومات یادگیری و ابزاری برای تحقق اهداف آموزشی و تربیتی به حساب می&shy;آید و هدف اصلی از انجام این مطالعه، ارائه راه کارهای افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی در دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی می باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این مطالعه در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی قرار دارد و با تکنیک گروه اسمی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری مطالعه دانشجویان مقطع دکتری تخصصی آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بودند. مطالعه با طرح سوال اساسی و سپس پاسخ آن در فرایند گروه اسمی انجام گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: متغیرهایی مانند بهره مندی از وجود اساتید توانمند، بهبود محیط آموزشی، تعامل مناسب استاد و فراگیر، و ایجاد امکانات رفاهی مناسب به ترتیب در رتبه های اول تا چهارم بر انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان اثرگذار هستند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شناخت و پی بردن به عوامل تاثیر گذار در ایجاد انگیزه ادامه تحصیل، در دانشجویان ضروری است تا با مشخص شدن عوامل موثر، مسئولان امر بتوانند با اتخاذ تدابیر و راهکارهای موثر و نیز برنامه ریزی کارآمد، راه را برای ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان هموار سازند. </span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>One of the most important factors in students&#39; learning process is academic motivation that can affect different aspects of students&#39; performance in educational environments and directly affects their academic success. Motivation is also considered as the key to learners&#39; learning. The main goal of this study is to provide ways to increase educational motivation in postgraduate students<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is in the field of applied research and with nominal group technique. The statistical population of the study consisted of PhD students in medical education of Iran University of Medical Sciences. The study was conducted by asking the basic questions and then answering it in the nominal group process.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Variables such as benefiting from the presence of professors, the improvement of the learning environment, the proper interaction between the teacher and the subject, and the creation of appropriate welfare facilities would respectively be effective factors in increasing educational motivation among postgraduate students.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Identifying the factors influencing graduate students to continue education is essential.
