Development Strategies in Medical Education DSME 2383-2185 2588-2686 10.52547/dsme 2017 4 2 Organizational Spirituality Viewpoint of Faculty Member\'s Medicine Campus Islamic Azad University Ardabil Branch Sadraddin Sattari Introduction: Organizational spirituality can be a powerful force to bring organizational life. This research was aimed survey of organizational spirituality viewpoint of faculty medicine campus members in Islamic Azad University Ardabil branch. Methods: The research method was applied research and the data collecting method was descriptive-survey type. The population in this research includes faculty members, and the sample group (53 member) selected by random sampling. For data collection, instrument of research was questionnaire with Likert spectrum. The Validity of instrument was surveyed by a number of specialist reviews, and the reliability was surveyed by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient as to be 0/88. The data of the study were analyzed via descriptive statistics, T test, freedman analysis and ANOVA. Results: The results of the data analysis in this research were: The situation of organizational spirituality at Islamic Azad University was above the moderate. Also, there were not significant difference in organizational spirituality based on sex, age, record of service, and employment situation variables. Conclusion: Organizational spirituality at Islamic Azad University was above the moderate. High Organizational spirituality among the staff is the strength of any organization; because organizational spirituality thereby increasing productivity, creativity, turnover reduction, stress reduction, and the reduction in staff absence, and spirituality has a direct impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: This is a descriptive correlational study which was done in 1394. 250 Graduate students of Azad University Gorgan were selected by available sampling. Tools used in this research include: testing the tolerance of ambiguity McLean, self-reporting scale adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ASRS -V1.1). questionnaire study habits PSSHI, Research data carried out by subjects in the study, scoring and interpretation, and then by the software SPSS-23 and using methods of Pearson correlation coefficients were analyzed. Results: According to the results of this study, the mean score of the students’ study habits was 45.2 (8.9) out of 90. 4.40 percent of the students had unsatisfactory study habits while 88/3 percent relatively satisfactory and 5.6 percent had satisfactory study habits, respectively. The results showed that significant relationship is between study habits student with ADHD (Pvalue=-0/199). As well as between tolerance for ambiguity with ADHD students (Pvalue= 0/151) is also significant. Therefore between study habits, tolerance for ambiguity and hyperactivity among students there is no significant relationship. Conclusion: Study habits student's is moderate, tolerance of ambiguity at a low level and a high percentage of student's had symptoms of hyperactivity. There is no significant relationship between study habits and hyperactivity and tolerance of ambiguity with hyperactivity.  Citation: Hashemi G, Sanagoo A, Azimi M. In this research, the relationship between knowledge management and creativity is investigated. Methods: The present study is an applied survey. The statistical population of this study is nurses working in hospitals affiliated with Ilam University of Medical Sciences. The sample size was 187 by Cochran formula. Data were collected from three questionnaires: respondents' demographic information, Lavson knowledge management, and creativity of Dorabjee et al. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and the internal consistency of the questionnaires was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results: The average scores were 3.17 and 2.98 for knowledge management and creativity respectively, showing that nurses had a moderate level of creativity and knowledge management. Pearson test results showed a direct and significant relationship between knowledge management and its components with creativity. Among knowledge management components, knowledge application had the greatest correlation with nurses' creativity. Conclusion: Nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Ilam University of Medical Sciences may use knowledge management as a conscious strategy for identification, assessment, organization, storage and use of knowledge. They can also use knowledge management to boost creativity in their hospitals.  Citation: Omidi N, Omidi M. The aim of this study was to determine the barriers to conducting research from the viewpoint of male students of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the study included 120 boy students of Yazd University of Medical Sciences who were studied by stratified sampling. Data collection tools comprised 3 parts: demographic and field information (21 items), personal barriers (15 items), and organizational barriers (19 items). After verifying the validity and reliability of the instruments, the questionnaire was completed by the students. Data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical index using SPSS 20 software at 5% significance level were used to analyze. Results: Mean age of students was 23.75 ± 1.67. Mean of personal barriers was 49.56 ± 7.58 and Mean of organizational obstacles was 61.21 ± 9.21. In personal barriers was the lack of orientation with the principles and methods of statistics, the inability to interpret data and the inability to analyze data the most frequent. The length of the stages of the approval of research projects, the lack of communication with those active in the research, and the lack of sufficient incentive for researchers through the relevant specialist, are the most frequent in organizational barriers. Conclusion: Results of this study showed that done would facilitate the approval of research projects and empowerment of students on the principles of using statistical methods and effective research communication by the professors and university officials in order to reduce barriers to research. In terms of training, motivation is a multi-faceted structure that is associated with learning and academic achievement. Also there is a positive correlation between the motivations of students with health risk behaviors. Accordingly, we decided to check the status of educational motivation and some related factors in students. Methods: This cross-sectional study examined the educational motivation and some related factors in Health and Nutrition School in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. 260 people were randomly selected and studied. AMS is to collect data on academic motivation scale. Data collected entered to the software spss-16 and by using the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and correlation were analyzed. Results: The mean score of academic motivation of the participants in the study, 84/0 ± 31/4, the mean intrinsic motivation 07/1 ± 33/4, external motivation 1 ± 78/4 and lack of motivation was 47/1 ± 83/2. In this study, only between the external motivation in the area of external regulation and matched with marital status and public health field was observed significant relationship (Pvalue < 0.05). Learning can make critical thinking in person. Universities are principle seat of learning and undoubtedly this mission is possible by learning. The principal aim of education is student’s learning by teachers. Therefore one of the most important functions of university, to make available at the facilities for learning and fond the factors that prevent the learning. So this study designed to determine the learning obstacles of students of Hormozgan University of medical sciences. Methods: In this case – control study, the research individuals include students of medical faculty, preclinical, and nursing and hygiene faculties. This study was done on two groups, first sample were students with at least one semester’s underachiever. The second sample were students without any dropped out. Data collecting was done by using a researcher-made questionnaire with 49 questions. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive methods and t-test and repeated measure test. Results: 30 of underachiever students that were %36/4 female and %63/5 male and 59 of students who had not dropped out answered the questionnaire. There was significant difference between two group’s viewpoint on teaching method (Pvalue=0/038) and guidance student by supervisor professors (Pvalue=0/02). Conclusion: The results show that the second sample were believed that the guidance student by supervisor professor and teaching method are very important for learning but the first sample viewpoint's was that educational facility and communication abilities professors are more important than other factors. Methods: The present study is a descriptive study on 221 nurses working in Shahrekord hospitals. The data gathering tool was a three-part questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and SPSS software version 18. Results: There was a significant relationship between the two sex variables and the type of work-shift with the number of drug errors, so that the mean of medication errors in men was higher than that of women. There was also a significant difference between the numbers of drug errors in different work routines, so that the average of the medication errors was at night shift more than in the morning, but there was no difference between the morning shift and the work rotation. The most important factors affecting the occurrence of drug errors from the viewpoint of nurses was high workload, shortage of nurses in relation to the number of patients in the department and exhaustion due to extra work. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, nursing managers need to pay more attention to the number of patients with staff in the sectors, reduce workload and decrease the working hours of nurses because the above mentioned factors can increase the likelihood of drug errors.  Citation: Rezaei FM, Farokhpour M. The aim of research is to study team learning activity of faculty members of health information technology in universities of medical science whole country. Methods: Faculties of Universities of Medical sciences as members of the population and faculty members of the Health Information Technology as the sample were studied. The tool used was a questionnaire which was employed to determine team learning activities of the three components of internal learning activities, proxy learning activities, and context learning activities. Results: Results showed that the extent of team learning activities among the faculty members of the Health Information Technology group in the country’s Universities of Medical Sciences has a significant difference; so that internal, proxy, and context activities exist in different and significant levels among the members. Also, the average of women’s ratings in many team learning activity groups was higher than the average of men’s ratings. Conclusion: The analysis of the findings shows the internal learning activities are at moderate level and the external learning activities are lower than internal learning activities.
