fa ارتباط انگیزه تحصیلی و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong><em>مقدمه و هدف:</em></strong> انگیزه یکی از عوامل اساسی در یادگیری است و می‌تواند بر جنبه‌های مختلف رفتاری دانشجویان در محیط‌های آموزشی مؤثر باشد. انگیزه تحصیلی را می‌توان تنها عامل دارای اثر مستقیم در موفقیت تحصیلی دانست و همچنین سایر عوامل مؤثر در موفقیت اثرات خود را از طریق انگیزه تحصیلی، بر روند تحصیلی دانشجویان اعمال می‌کنند. از آنجایی که انگیزه کلید یادگیری دانشجویان هست و دانشجویان رشته‌های علوم پزشکی مهم‌تر‌ین سرمایه نه تنها بر ای جامعه پزشکی بلکه یک سرمایه ملی محسوب می‌شوند و انگیزش تحصیلی به عنوان نیروی محرک فعالیت‌های دانشجو و عامل جهت دهنده حرکت محسوب می‌شود. لذا هر گونه تلاش در جهت تقویت نیروی محرکه در فراگیران بسیار مؤثر و بااهمیت خواهد بود. این پژوهش باهدف تعیین ارتباط انگیزه تحصیلی و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong><em>روش ها</em></strong>: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده که در سال 92 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه 359 دانشجو ترم 2،3،4 با روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه انگیزه تحصیلی بوده که توسط دانشجویان تکمیل شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون <a name="OLE_LINK33"></a><a name="OLE_LINK32">کراس کالوالیس و من ویتنی </a>استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان در حد نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong><strong>:</strong> ارتباط انگیزه تحصیلی با جنسیت دانشجویان و رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود. به طوری که انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان دختر بالاتر از پسران (012/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) و <a name="OLE_LINK29"></a><a name="OLE_LINK28">دانشجویان رشته‌های بهداشت عمومی و مامایی بالاترین انگیزه و دانشجویان رشته‌های علوم آزمایشگاهی و بهداشت محیط پایین‌ترین انگیزه را داشتند</a> (008/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>). با افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی، عملکرد دانشجویان نیز افزایش یافته است و این ارتباط از نظر آماری تقریباً معنادار است (069/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>). بین انگیزه تحصیلی با قومیت، سکونت، سطح سواد پدر و مادر ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0<<span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong><em>نتیجه‌گیری</em></strong>: بر اساس یافته‌ها، وضعیت نمره کل انگیزه تحصیلی دانشجویان در این مطالعه نسبتاً مطلوب بود؛ با وجود این انگیزه تحصیلی پسران از دختران پایین تر بوده و بالا بردن انگیزه تحصیلی در دانشجویان رشته‌های علوم پزشکی که مهم‌ترین سرمایه نه تنها بر ای جامعه پزشکی بلکه یک سرمایه ملی محسوب می‌شوند، موضوع بسیار مهمی هست که باید مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستگزاران آموزشی قرار گیرد.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Motivation is one of the major factors in learning that can affect on various aspects of the students behavior in an educational environments. Academic Motivation can be just causes a direct effect on academic achievement and other effective factors in success act their effects through academic motivation on the students to apply. Since motivation is the key of students learning and medical students are the most important capital of not only for the medical community but are a national asset and academic motivation is as the driving force of students activities and Managing director moves so any attempt to strengthen the students would be the most effective and important. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic motivation and associated factors of the Golestan University of Medical Sciences students.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive - analytical research was done in 2013. In this study 359 students of 2,3,4 semesters were selected by Method Census. Academic Motivation ques tionnaire was completed by the students. For Analysing of data was used Mann-Whitney and cross Kalvalys test.</p> <p></p><p></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that academic motivation of students was at good level. There was a significant relation Between students motivation with gender and field of students female students were more motivated than male students (P=0.012) and students of Public Health and Midwifery had higher motivation and students of Environmental Health and Laboratory Sciences had lower motivation (P=0.008). There was significant relation between student&rsquo;s motivation with academic achievemen and this relationship is almost significant.
