fa مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه ایران و دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: برنامه‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه باید متناسب با نیازهای نظام سلامت و تحولات حرفه‌ای بازنگری شوند. مطالعات تطبیقی می‌توانند ویژگی‌های قابل بررسی در این بازنگری را آشکار سازند. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه برنامه درسی ملی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه ایران با برنامه دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقایسه‌ای در سال ۱۴۰۴ و بر اساس الگوی بردی در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه انجام شد. اطلاعات برنامه ملی ایران از سند مصوب وزارت بهداشت و اطلاعات برنامه دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور از اسناد و صفحات رسمی در دسترس گردآوری شد. دو برنامه از نظر تاریخچه، فلسفه، رسالت، چشم‌انداز، اهداف، شرایط پذیرش، ساختار و محتوای دوره، توانمندی‌ها و نقش‌های مورد انتظار مقایسه شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: هر دو برنامه بر تربیت پرستاران دارای توانمندی‌های پیشرفته و ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران بدحال تأکید داشتند. برنامه ایران دوساله، تمام‌وقت، دارای ۳۲ واحد، پایان‌نامه و ۶۵۵ ساعت آموزش بالینی بود و بر مراقبت مستقیم و کارورزی تأکید بیشتری داشت. برنامه دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور به‌صورت پاره‌وقت طی دو تا سه سال، با ۴۰ واحد، پروژه نهایی و ۶۵۰ ساعت آموزش بالینی ارائه می‌شد و رهبری، پژوهش مبتنی بر شواهد و همکاری بین‌حرفه‌ای در آن صریح‌تر بود. پذیرش در ایران بر آزمون سراسری استوار بود؛ در حالی که برنامه سنگاپور سابقه کار، زبان انگلیسی و مصاحبه را نیز در نظر می‌گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: تفاوت‌های مشاهده‌شده بازتاب‌دهنده بافت، سطح سیاست‌گذاری و اولویت‌های متفاوت دو برنامه است و نباید به‌تنهایی به‌عنوان برتری یکی از آن‌ها تفسیر شود. برخی ویژگی‌های برنامه دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور، از جمله تنوع معیارهای پذیرش، انعطاف‌پذیری دوره، توجه صریح به رهبری و استفاده از پروژه کاربردی، می‌تواند پس از بررسی نیازها و امکان‌پذیری در ایران، در بازنگری برنامه ملی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Postgraduate critical care nursing curricula require periodic review in response to changing health-system and professional needs. Comparative studies can identify features that may inform such reviews. This study compared Iran&rsquo;s national MSc curriculum in Critical Care Nursing with the program offered by the National University of Singapore (NUS).<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2025 using Bereday&rsquo;s four stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison. Information on the Iranian program was obtained from the national curriculum approved by the Ministry of Health, and information on the NUS program was obtained from publicly available official documents and webpages. The programs were compared in terms of history, philosophy, mission, vision, objectives, admission criteria, structure, content, competencies, and expected graduate roles.<br> <strong>Results</strong>:&nbsp; Both programs emphasized advanced nursing competence and improved care for critically ill patients. The Iranian program was a two-year, full-time curriculum with 32 credits, a thesis, and 655 clinical hours, with greater emphasis on direct care and clinical placement. The NUS program was delivered part-time over two to three years, included 40 credits, a capstone project, and 650 clinical hours, and made leadership, evidence-informed inquiry, and interprofessional collaboration more explicit. Admission in Iran was based on a national examination, whereas NUS also considered work experience, English-language proficiency, and an interview.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The observed differences reflect the distinct contexts, policy levels, and priorities of the two curricula and should not be interpreted as evidence of the overall superiority of either program.
