fa نگرش و احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در سال 1403 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">هدف: </span></span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">نگرش بیماران نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در کلینیک های زنان و ناباروری موضوع مورد علاقه و تحقیقات قابل توجهی در جامعه پزشکی است. درک این نگرش ها برای بهبود آموزش پزشکی و تجارب بیمار بسیار مهم است. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش و احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی در سال 1403 انجام شد.</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">روش: </span></span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های زنان و نازایی شهرستان جهرم در سال 1403 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه حضور دانشجو در درمانگاه می باشد.</span><b> </b></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته ها: </span></span></span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">میانگین نمره حیطه احساس بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه نسبت به حضور دانشجویان 15/1</span><span cambria="" lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">11/3 از 5 بود. میانگین نمره نگرش بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه نسبت به حضور دانشجویان 64/0</span><span cambria="" lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">40/3 از 5 بود. نتایج آزمون آنوا نشان داد که ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺣﺴﺎس و نگرش ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻀﻮر داﻧﺸﺠﻮ در درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی جهرم و متغیرهای سن، وضعیت تأهل،ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشته است (001/0></span>p<span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">).</span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="">نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های زنان و نازایی جهرم نگرش و احساس نسبتاً مثبتی نسبت به حضور دانشجویان پزشکی دارند، به‌ویژه در صورت رعایت نکات اخلاقی و اطلاع‌رسانی مناسب. ترجیح بیماران به حضور دانشجویان هم‌جنس و تأثیر نوع عضو معاینه‌شده بر رضایت، اهمیت توجه به حریم خصوصی را برجسته می‌کند. متغیرهایی مانند سن، تحصیلات و وضعیت تأهل در میزان پذیرش بیماران نقش معناداری داشتند. </span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span new="" roman="" times="">Introduction:</span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">&nbsp;Patients&#39; attitudes toward the presence of medical students in gynecology and infertility clinics are a topic of significant interest and research within the medical community. Understanding these attitudes is crucial for improving both medical education and patient experiences. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the attitudes and feelings of patients visiting gynecology and infertility clinics in Jahrom County regarding the presence of medical students in the year 2023-2024 </span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span new="" roman="" times="">Methods:</span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">&nbsp;This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted on patients visiting gynecology and infertility clinics in Jahrom County in 2023-2024. The data collection tools in this study included two questionnaires: a demographic information form and a questionnaire on student presence in the clinic.</span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span new="" roman="" times="">Results:</span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">&nbsp;The mean score of patients&#39; feelings toward the presence of students was 3.11 &plusmn; 1.15 out of 5. The mean score of patients&#39; attitudes toward the presence of students was 3.40 &plusmn; 0.64 out of 5.
