fa درک پرستاران تازه کار از تفاوت در انتظارات از نقش پرستاری در دانشگاه و محیط کار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: گذار از نقش دانشجوی پرستاری به پرستار حرفه‌ای با مواجهه با انتظارات تازه و گاه متفاوت در محیط کار همراه است. پرستاران تازه‌کار ممکن است میان انتظاراتی که در دوره دانشگاهی از نقش حرفه‌ای درک کرده‌اند و انتظارات محیط بالینی ناهمخوانی احساس کنند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ادراک پرستاران تازه‌کار از تفاوت انتظارات نقش پرستاری در دوره گذار از دانشگاه به محیط کار در شهر کرمان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی-تحلیلی با مشارکت 131 پرستار تازه‌کار شاغل در چهار بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان و به شیوه سرشماری انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه &laquo;درک از انتظارات نقش&raquo; را برای دو موقعیت دانشگاهی و محیط کار بالینی تکمیل کردند و اختلاف نمره‌های دو موقعیت محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی زوجی برای مقایسه درون‌فردی دو موقعیت و آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس برای بررسی تفاوت نمره‌های اختلاف بر حسب متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 21 تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: شرکت‌کنندگان، انتظارات نقش پرستاری را در همه حیطه‌ها در محیط کار بالینی بیشتر از دوره دانشگاهی ارزیابی کردند و اختلاف در هر هفت حیطه معنادار بود&nbsp; (P<0/05). پرستاران متأهل در حیطه &laquo;مدیریت شرایط ناپایدار&raquo; ناهمخوانی کمتری گزارش کردند&nbsp; (P=0/04). همچنین، امکان انتخاب محل کار با ناهمخوانی کمتر در برخی حیطه‌های نقش همراه بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده ناهمخوانی ادراک‌شده میان انتظارات نقش در دوره دانشگاهی و محیط کار بالینی است. توجه هماهنگ‌تر مراکز آموزشی و بالینی به انتظارات نقش، همراه با برنامه‌های آمادگی و آشنایی با محیط کار، ممکن است گذار حرفه‌ای پرستاران تازه‌کار را تسهیل کند. با توجه به مقطعی و خودگزارشی بودن مطالعه، یافته‌ها باید با احتیاط تفسیر شوند.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The transition from the role of a nursing student to that of a professional nurse is accompanied by encountering new and sometimes different expectations in the workplace. Newly graduated nurses may perceive discrepancies between the expectations of the professional nursing role they developed during their university education and the expectations of the clinical setting. This study aimed to determine newly graduated nurses&rsquo; perceptions of differences in nursing role expectations during the transition from university to the workplace in Kerman, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study included 131 newly graduated nurses working in four hospitals affiliated with Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Participants were recruited through census sampling. The participants completed the &ldquo;Perception of Role Expectations&rdquo; questionnaire for two settings: the university setting and the clinical workplace. The difference between the scores for the two settings was then calculated. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a paired-samples t-test to compare the two settings within individuals, and an independent-samples t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to examine differences in discrepancy scores according to demographic and background variables, using SPSS version 21.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Participants rated nursing role expectations as higher in the clinical workplace than during university education across all domains, and the differences were statistically significant in all seven domains (P<0.05). Married nurses reported less discrepancy in the domain of &ldquo;managing unstable conditions&rdquo; (P=0.04). In addition, having the opportunity to choose their workplace was associated with lower levels of discrepancy in some nursing role domains.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The findings indicate a perceived discrepancy between nursing role expectations during university education and those in the clinical workplace. Greater coordination between educational and clinical institutions regarding role expectations, together with preparatory programs and workplace orientation, may facilitate the professional transition of newly graduated nurses.
