fa بررسی سطح مهارت های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان در سال 1399 به صورت مقطعی عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌‌ای و توجه به قوانین و مقررات حرفه پزشکی و حقوق بیماران از پیش نیازهای ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی است، از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سطح مهارت‌های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان در سال 1399 انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این مطالعه مقطعی در بین 123 دندانپزشک سطح شهرستان کاشان انجام گرفت.ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اخلاقی بود که&nbsp; Champs در سال 2011 با توجه به مدل چهار جزیی مهارت‌های اخلاقی Rest تهیه کرد. داده‌ها توسط نـرم‌افـزار SPSS17 مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میانگین نمره کلی مهارت‌های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان نمره 16/03 و در چهار زیرحیطه حساسیت 5/12، منطق 2/37، همبستگی 3/69 و شجاعت 4/44 به دست آمد. این مطالعه نشان دادکه در زیر حیطه حساسیت، میانگین نمره در زنان به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از مردان بود. نمره حساسیت دندانپزشکان هیات علمی به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از دندانپزشکان غیر هیات علمی بود. در زیر حیطه شجاعت، امتیاز دندانپزشکان غیر هیات علمی به طور قابل توجهی ولی غیر معنی‌دار بیشتر از دندانپزشکان هیات علمی بود. دندانپزشکانی که در مطب کار می‌کردند، امتیاز کلی مهارت اخلاقی آن‌ها به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از دو گروه دیگر بود و با افزایش سابقه کار و تعداد شیفت‌های کاری در هفته و کاهش تعداد بیمار در هرروز کاری، امتیاز کلی مهارت‌های اخلاقی کاهش داشته است.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: آموزش مداوم و دوره ای دندانپزشکان از همان سال‌های اولیه تحصیل و بعد از فارغ التحصیلی برای ارتقای سطح مهارت‌های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان لازم است.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Adhering to the principles of professional ethics and paying attention to the laws and regulations of the medical profession and patients&rsquo; rights are prerequisites for providing dental services. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the level of ethical skills of dentists in Kashan in 2019.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 123 dentists in Kashan city. The data collection tool was the ethical skills questionnaire that Champs developed in 2011 based on Rest&rsquo;s four-component ethical skills model. The data were analyzed and reviewed using SPSS17 software.<br> <strong>Results</strong>:&nbsp; The mean and standard deviation of the overall score of ethical skills of Kashan&rsquo;s dentists were obtained 16.03 and in four sub-domains of sensitivity were achieved 5.12, reasoning 2.73, solidarity 3.69 and courage 4.44. Furthermore, this study demonstrated that in four sub-domains of sensitivity, the mean score in women was significantly higher than men. The sensitivity score of faculty dentists was significantly higher than non- faculty dentists. Sub-domain ethical courage of non-faculty dentists was significantly but not meaningfully more than faculty dentists (P=0.006). The dentists who worked in clinic their quantitative score of their ethical skill was significantly lower than the other two groups and the total score of dentists&rsquo; ethical skill decreased by increasing work record and the number of work shifts in a week and declining the number of patients in a work day.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: Continuous and periodic training of dentists from the first years of study and after graduation is necessary to improve the level of moral skills of dentists.<br> &nbsp;</div> دندانپزشک, استدلال, انگیزه, همبستگی.
