fa بررسی سطح مهارت های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان در سال 1399 به صورت مقطعی عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span arial="" lang="FA"><strong>هدف:</strong> رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌‌ای و توجه به قوانین و مقررات حرفه پزشکی و حقوق بیماران از پیش نیازهای ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی است، از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سطح مهارت های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان در سال 1399 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span arial="" lang="FA"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی در بین 123 دندانپزشک سطح شهرستان کاشان انجام گرفت.ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه مهارت های اخلاقی بود که&nbsp; </span>Champs<span arial=""> بود. داده ها توسط نرم افزار </span>SPSS17<span arial="" lang="FA"> مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span arial="" lang="FA"><strong>یافته ها</strong>: میانگین نمره کلی مهارت های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان کاشان نمره 16/03 و در چهار زیرحیطه حساسیت 5/12، منطق 2/37، همبستگی 3/69 و شجاعت 4/44 به دست آمد. این مطالعه نشان دادکه در زیر حیطه حساسیت، میانگین نمره در زنان به طور معنی داری بیشتر از مردان بود. نمره حساسیت دندانپزشکان هیات علمی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دندانپزشکان غیر هیات علمی بود. در زیر حیطه شجاعت، امتیاز دندانپزشکان غیر هیات علمی به طور قابل توجهی ولی غیر معنی دار بیشتر از دندانپزشکان هیات علمی بود. دندانپزشکانی که در مطب کار می کردند، امتیاز کلی مهارت اخلاقی آن ها به طور معنی داری کمتر از دو گروه دیگر بود و با افزایش سابقه کار و تعداد شیفت های کاری در هفته و کاهش تعداد بیمار در هرروز کاری، امتیاز کلی مهارت های اخلاقی کاهش داشته است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span arial="" lang="FA"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آموزش مداوم و دوره ای دندانپزشکان از همان سال های اولیه تحصیل و بعد از فارغ التحصیلی برای ارتقای سطح مهارت های اخلاقی دندانپزشکان لازم است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Adhering to the principles of professional ethics and paying attention to the laws and regulations of the medical profession and patients&#39; rights are prerequisites for providing dental services. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the level of ethical skills of dentists in Kashan in 2019<span arial="" dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted among 123 dentists in Kashan city. The data collection tool was the ethical skills questionnaire, which was Champs. The data were analyzed and reviewed using SPSS17 software.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp; The mean and standard deviation of the overall score of ethical skills of Kashan&#39;s dentists were obtained 16.03 and in four sub-domains of sensitivity were achieved 5.12, reasoning 2.73, solidarity 3.69 and courage 4.44. Furthermore, this study demonstrated that in four sub-domains of sensitivity, the mean score in women was significantly higher than men. The sensitivity score of faculty dentists was significantly higher than non- faculty dentists. Sub-domain ethical courage of non-faculty dentists was significantly but not meaningfully more than faculty dentists (p=0.006).
