en بررسی نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی عمومی در بیماری COVID -19 و انطباق سنجی با کوریکولوم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی پزشکان عمومی در مواجهه با بیماری‌های عفونی نوپدید (نظیر کووید-۱۹) و بررسی میزان انطباق این نیازها با برنامه درسی پزشکی عمومی موجود انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این پژوهش یک مطالعه ترکیبی اکتشافی بود که بین سال‌های ۲۰۲۱ تا ۲۰۲۳ در دو فاز کیفی و کمی اجرا شد. در فاز کیفی، دیدگاه‌های ۳۶ نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی، مدیران، پزشکان و دانشجویان پزشکی از طریق جلسات گروه متمرکز جمع‌آوری و با روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی، نیازهای آموزشی در سه حوزه شناختی، نگرشی و مهارتی شناسایی شد. در فاز کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای براساس نیازهای استخراج‌شده توسط ۱۹ استاد برای ارزیابی میزان انطباق آن‌ها با برنامه درسی تکمیل گردید.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: در مجموع ۱۷۵ نیاز آموزشی نهایی در شش زمینه (پیشگیری، تشخیص، درمان، توانبخشی، مدیریت و اخلاق) شناسایی شد. نتایج بررسی انطباق نشان داد که تنها 14/28 درصد از نیازها با برنامه درسی انطباق کامل داشتند، در حالی که 21/14 درصد کاملاً فاقد انطباق و 37/14 درصد دارای انطباق نسبی (زیر ۵۰ درصد) بودند. بیشترین شکاف آموزشی در حوزه‌های شناختی و روان‌حرکتی مربوط به زمینه‌های &laquo;توانبخشی&raquo;، &laquo;درمان&raquo; و &laquo;مدیریت&raquo; مشاهده شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: نتایج بیانگر وجود شکافی معنادار بین نیازهای آموزشی اساسی برای مدیریت بحران‌های عفونی و محتوای فعلی برنامه درسی پزشکی عمومی است. بازنگری در برنامه درسی با تأکید بر تقویت مهارت‌ها در حوزه‌های توانبخشی، مدیریت و اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای توانمندسازی دانشجویان پزشکی امری ضروری است.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The COVID-19 pandemic has re-emphasized the importance of infectious disease education in medicine, which had diminished in favor of non-communicable diseases. This shift highlighted the need to re-evaluate the medical curriculum to prepare physicians for future health crises. This study aimed to identify the educational needs of general medical students regarding infectious diseases to inform a curriculum revision.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This exploratory mixed-methods study was conducted from 2021-2023. In the qualitative phase, focus groups with 36 faculty members, administrators, general practitioners, and students were used to identify educational needs in cognitive, attitudinal, and psychomotor domains through inductive content analysis. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was administered to 19 professors to assess the compliance of the identified needs with the current general medical curriculum.<br> <strong>Results</strong>:&nbsp; A A total of 175 final educational needs were identified: 68 cognitive, 47 attitudinal, and 60 psychomotor. The curriculum compliance analysis revealed that 21.14% of these needs had non-compliance, 37.14% had relative compliance of less than 50%, 27.42% had relative compliance of more than 50%, and only 14.28% had full compliance. The greatest deficiencies were observed in the topics of rehabilitation, management, and treatment across all three learning domains.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The findings indicate a significant gap between the required competencies for managing infectious disease crises and the current medical curriculum. There is a pressing need for targeted educational interventions and a comprehensive revision of the curriculum, especially in the areas of rehabilitation, diagnosis, and professional ethics, to ensure future doctors are equipped with the necessary skills.<br> <br> &nbsp;</div> COVID-19, آموزش پزشکی, ارزیابی نیاز, برنامه درسی.
