fa آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شایستگی در آموزش بیهوشی در ایران: مروری نظام مند تخصصي Special مروری Review <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شایستگی&nbsp;یک رویکرد نوین در آموزش پزشکی است که به‌جای اینکه زمان را به‌عنوان معیار اصلی قرار دهد، بر توسعه مهارت‌ها و (CBME)&nbsp;شایستگی‌های خاص تأکید می‌کند. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی و ارزیابی پیشینه پژوهش آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شایستگی (CBME) درزمینه بیهوشی در ایران است.<br> <strong>منابع اطلاعات یا داده‌ها:</strong> در این مرور سیستماتیک جستجوی دقیق در پایگاه‌های داده مختلف به زبان فارسی و زبان انگلیسی در مطالعات منتشرشده بین سال‌های 2017 تا 2024 در زمینه آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شایستگی (CBME) در رشته بیهوشی در ایران انجام شد.<br> روش‌های انتخابی برای مطالعه: تنها مطالعاتی که معیارهای خاصی را از نظر کیفیت و relevancy دنبال می‌کردند، وارد فرآیند بررسی شدند. کیفیت این مطالعات نیز با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد ارزیابی شد تا از دقت و صحت نتیجه‌گیری‌ها اطمینان حاصل شود.<br> <strong>ترکیب مطالب و نتایج:</strong> جستجوی جدر این مرور سیستماتیک، ما به بررسی ده مطالعه پرداختیم که درمجموع 1162 شرکت‌کننده داشتند. این مطالعات که از سال 2017 در ایران آغازشده‌اند، در سه زمینه اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند: بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات آموزشی بر روی صلاحیت بالینی در بیهوشی، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر صلاحیت بالینی و همچنین بررسی ارتباط بین مهارت‌های غیر فنی و صلاحیت بالینی در این حوزه. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مداخلات آموزشی هدفمند و روش‌های ارزیابی و آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی می‌توانند به‌طور قابل‌توجهی صلاحیت بالینی در زمینه بیهوشی را افزایش دهند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مطالعات در زمینه بیهوشی به‌خصوص در ایران هنوز محدود هستند، اما این مرور سیستماتیک نشان می‌دهد که ادغام مداخلات آموزشی، روش‌های ارزیابی و آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی بر صلاحیت بالینی در این حوزه داشته باشد.</span></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) is an innovative approach in medical training that emphasizes the development of specific skills and competencies rather than relying solely on time as the primary metric. This study aims to identify and evaluate the existing research on Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) in the field of anesthesiology in Iran.<br> Information sources or data: In this systematic review, a comprehensive search was conducted across various databases in both Persian and English, focusing on studies published between 2017 and 2024 concerning Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) in anesthesiology in Iran.<br> <strong>Selection methods for study: </strong>Only studies meeting specific quality and relevance criteria were included in the analysis. The quality of these studies was assessed using standardized tools to ensure the accuracy and validity of the conclusions.<br> <strong>Combine content and results:</strong> This systematic review examined ten studies involving a total of 1,162 participants. These studies, conducted in Iran since 2017, were categorized into three main themes: (1) evaluating the effectiveness of educational interventions on clinical competency in anesthesiology, (2) identifying factors influencing clinical competency, and (3) examining the relationship between non-technical skills and clinical competency in this field. The findings indicate that targeted educational interventions, along with competency-based assessment and training methods, can significantly enhance clinical competency in anesthesiology.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Research in the field of anesthesiology, particularly in Iran, remains limited.
