fa خودارزیابی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در درمان دندانپزشکی بیماران سیستمیک عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align:justify"> <div style="text-align:right"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:right"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>هدف: </strong>افزایش خودباوری دانشجویان دندانپزشکی سبب ارائه خدمات بهتر و کاهش ارجاع بیماران سیستمیک می‌شود. از این&shy; رو در مطالعه حاضر خودارزیابی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در درمان دندانپزشکی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری&shy;های سیستمیک بررسی شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:right"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>روش‌</strong><strong>ها</strong>:<strong> </strong>در این مطالعه‌ توصیفی- مقطعی، 71 دانشجوی سال آخر دندانپزشکی یزد در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 پرسشنامه پژوهش حاوی 15سوال جهت بررسی خودباوری دانشجو در درمان بیماران سیستمیک از نظر اعمال روتین دندانپزشکی و جراحی‌های ساده را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌های گردآوری شده در نرم‌افزار SPSS وارد شده، نتایج در قالب آمار توصیفی ارائه شده و از آزمون آماری Chi-Square جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:right"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>یافته‌</strong><strong>ها: </strong>در این مطالعه 32 دانشجوی پسر و 39 دانشجوی دختر با میانگین سنی 28/2&plusmn;17/24 شرکت نمودند.&nbsp; 23 نفر در ترم11 و 48 نفر در ترم12 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. میانگین معدل آن‌ها94/0&plusmn;31/16بود. ارتباط آماری معناداری بین میانگین نمره خودارزیابی دانشجویان با جنسیت مشاهده نشد (0/05).</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:right"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>نتیجه‌</strong><strong>گیری: </strong>میزان خودارزیابی دانشجویان در انجام اعمال دندانپزشکی در بیماری‌هایی مثل هپاتیت،تالاسمی، دیابت نوع 2، رماتیسم مفصلی و پلاکت زیر 9000 کم بود. در نتیجه دانشجویان ترجیح می دهند بیمارانی که این مشکلات سیستمیک را دارند ارجاع ‌دهند.</span></span></p> &nbsp;</div> </div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Introduction<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span></strong>Increasing dental student self-assessment leads to better service delivery and reduced patient referrals. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the self-assessment of dental students in treating systemic disease patients.<br> <strong>Method:</strong>In this descriptive-cross-sectional study,71final year dental students of Yazd in the academic year 2011-2012, completed questionnaire containing 15questions to assess student self-confidence in treating systemic patients in terms of routine dental procedures and simple surgeries. The collected data were entered into SPSS23 software,the results were presented in descriptive statistics,data were analyzed by Chi-Square test.<br> <strong>Results<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">:</span></strong>32male and 39female students with an average age of24.17&plusmn;2.28participated in this study.23students were in 11th and 48were in12th semester.Their mean average was16.31&plusmn;0.94.
