fa دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به کاربرد لاگ بوک در بخش‌های بالینی: یک مطالعه توصیفی‌مقطعی در سال 1402 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه </strong>لاگ بوک وسیله ثبت فراگیر‌محور است که آموزش‌نامه، گزارش روزانه و دفترچه ثبت مهارت‌های بالینی هم نامیده می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به کاربرد لاگ بوک در بخش‌های بالینی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی‌درمانی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش ها</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی‌توصیفی بر روی 94 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم در سال 1402 انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و سؤالات مرتبط با کیفیت و ضرورت لاگ بوک است. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری استنباطی انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> میانگین نمره دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به کاربرد لاگ بوک 5/16&plusmn;46/26 بود که پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط (کات پوینت 50) است. همچنین میانگین نمره دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی در ابعاد پیامدهای مورد‌نظر در طراحی فرمت و فرایند اجرای لاگ بوک، ضرورت استفاده از لاگ بوک و کیفیت محتوای لاگ بوک از دیدگاه دانشجویان نیز پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط (کات پوینت 50) قرار داشت. نتایج آزمون ناپارامتری نشان داد نمره دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به کاربرد لاگ بوک در بخش‌های بالینی برحسب مشخصات جمعیت‌شناختی معنی‌دار نیست (P>0/05).</span></span></span><p).<br><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به کاربرد لاگ بوک پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط گزارش است. بنابراین برای بهبود این دیدگاه به توجه ویژه به ابعاد پیامدهای مورد‌نظر در طراحی فرمت و فرایند اجرای لاگ بوک، ضرورت استفاده از لاگ بوک و کیفیت محتوای لاگ بوک نیاز است.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p).<br></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Background </strong>Logbook is a tool for recording daily clinical examination reports and clinical skills activities. The present study aims to investigate the perceptions of medical students regarding the use of logbook in clinical departments of teaching hospitals affiliated to Jahrom University of Medical Sciences (JUMS).&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods </strong>This is a descriptive cross-sectional study that was conducted on 94 students of JUMS in 2023. The data collection tools included a sociodemographic form and a questionnaire measuring the quality and necessity of the logbooks. Data analysis was done in SPSS software, version 21 using descriptive and inferential statistics.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The mean total score of perceptions about the logbook was 46.5&plusmn;26.16 (out of 100), which is below the average level (cut-off point of 50). The scores about necessity, quality, and outcomes of using logbooks were also below the average level. The results of a non-parametric test showed that medical students&#39; opinions about the use of logbook in clinical departments was not significantly different based on the sociodemographic characteristics (P>0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>The JUMS students&rsquo; perceptions about the use of logbooks in clinical departments is below the average level.
