fa ارزیابی محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه </strong>محیط آموزشی یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم در رشد و کیفیت آموزش به حساب می‌آید. امروزه آموزش پزشکی به‌دلیل تأثیر مستقیمی که بر سلامتی بیماران دارد مهم تلقی می‌شود. محیط آموزشی باکیفیت می‌تواند موجب ترغیب فراگیران در یادگیری مطالب شود. آنچه مهم است توجه به آموزش سرپایی و درمانگاهی به‌عنوان بخش مهمی از آموزش بالینی است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی محیط آموزشی در درمانگاه‌های بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم از دیدگاه دانشجویان و بر‌اساس پرسش‌نامه سنجش محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی &nbsp;بود.<br> <strong>روش ها</strong> این مطالعه به روش توصیفی‌مقطعی با مشارکت دانشجویان پزشکی به‌عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش انجام شد که در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه سنجش محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی بود که شامل 2 قسمت اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی شرکت‌کنندگان و قسمت اختصاصی بود که با 50 سؤال به‌صورت 5 گزینه‌ای فهرست و درجه‌بندی شده بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> میانگین نمره کلی ارزیابی دانشجویان پزشکی از محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم 0/50&plusmn;‌2/23 بود که در سطح متوسط قرار داشت. همچنین در حیطه‌های ارزیابی محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی‌، میانگین نمره توانمندی اساتید بالینی، فعالیت در عرصه بالینی و مراقبت از بیمار، تخصیص وقت برای فعالیت‌های غیربالینی، زیر‌ساخت، مهارت‌های بالینی، سنجش و بازخورد، در سطح متوسط و میانگین نمره حیطه‌های اطلاعات‌، ارتباطات و فناوری و نظارت بالینی پایین‌تر از حد متوسط قرار داشتند. دیگر نتایچ نشان دادند میانگین نمره ارزیابی دانشجویان پزشکی از محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم برحسب مشخصات جمعیت‌شناختی معنی‌دار نیستند (0/05</span></span></span><p).<br><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> میانگین نمره کلی ارزیابی دانشجویان پزشکی از محیط آموزشی درمانگاهی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی جهرم در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌‌شود برنامه‌ریزان و کارشناسان حیطه آموزش پزشکی به شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت پرداخته و به افزایش کیفیت آموزش‌های درمانگاهی و سرپایی بپردازند.</span></span></span></p).<br></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Background </strong>A good educational environment is one of the most important factors in the quality of education. Medical education is important because of its direct impact on the health of patients. A quality educational environment can motivate students to learn better. Outpatient clinic experience is an important part of clinical education. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the status of educational environment in clinics of teaching hospitals affiliated to Jahrom University of Medical Sciences (JUMS) according to the medical students&#39; point of view.<br> <strong>Methods </strong>This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with the participation of 176 &nbsp;medical students who were selected using the census method. The data collection tool was the Ambulatory Care Learning Education Environment Measure (ACLEEM) questionnaire, which included two parts; the first part surveyed demographic information, and the second part was the main section with 50 items rated on a five-point scale. To assess the difference in the scores based on demographic factors, independent t-test was used.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results </strong>The mean overall ACLEEM score was 2.23&plusmn;0.50, which was at a moderate level. In the domains of Clinical teachers, clinical activities & patient care, protected time for non-clinical activities, infrastructure, clinical skills, and assessment & feedback, the scores were at a moderate level, while in the domains of &ldquo;Information. Communication & technology&rdquo;, and &ldquo;Clinical supervision&rdquo;, the scores were lower than average level. The mean scores of ACLEEM were not significantly different in terms of students&rsquo; demographic characteristics.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>According to medical students, the educational environment of clinics in hospitals affiliated to JUMS is at a moderate level.
