fa طراحی و ارزیابی مقدماتی سامانه یادگیری الکترونیکی مبتنی بر مورد بالینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>هدف</strong>: یادگیری مبتنی بر مورد می‌تواند با قرار دادن یادگیرنده در موقعیت‌های نزدیک به عمل بالینی، پیوند میان دانش نظری، تحلیل اطلاعات و تصمیم‌گیری را تقویت کند. هدف این مطالعه، استخراج نیازمندی‌های اولیه، طراحی یک سامانه الکترونیکی یادگیری مبتنی بر مورد بالینی و ارزیابی مقدماتی قابلیت‌های آن از دیدگاه متخصصان آموزش پزشکی و مدرسان پرستاری بود.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: این پژوهش کاربردی از نوع طراحی و توسعه در سال ۱۴۰۱ و براساس یک فرایند چرخه‌ای تولید نرم‌افزار انجام شد. پس از بررسی منابع کلیدی منتشرشده در فاصله سال‌های ۲۰۱۲ تا ۲۰۲۳، نیازمندی‌های آموزشی، ارتباطی و عملکردی سامانه استخراج و به قابلیت‌های نرم‌افزاری تبدیل شد. نمونه اولیه با استفاده از PHP، پایگاه داده MySQL و الگوی معماری MVP ساخته شد. سپس سامانه با دو چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته، توسط ۱۰ متخصص آموزش پزشکی و ۱۰ مدرس دروس داخلی و جراحی پرستاری ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با فراوانی و درصد توصیف و پاسخ‌های باز برای بازبینی نسخه اولیه استفاده شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: سامانه Ecase با سه نقش مدیر، استاد و یادگیرنده طراحی شد و قابلیت‌هایی مانند ایجاد کلاس و دوره، ثبت و ارائه موارد بالینی، طراحی سؤال و آزمون، جست‌وجوی محتوا، ارائه تکلیف و بازخورد و اشتراک‌گذاری محتوا از طریق پیوند اختصاصی را فراهم کرد. بیشتر قابلیت‌های اصلی سامانه از دیدگاه ارزیابان مطلوب یا ضروری تشخیص داده شدند. بااین‌حال، درباره نمایش عمومی کلاس‌ها و موارد بالینی، دسترسی کاربران غیرعضو یا غیرهم‌رشته و اعمال محدودیت زمانی، توافق کامل وجود نداشت. بازخوردهای ارزیابان در بازنگری نسخه اولیه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: ارزیابی مقدماتی خبرگان نشان داد که سامانه طراحی‌شده بخش مهمی از قابلیت‌های موردنیاز برای ارائه الکترونیکی موارد بالینی را در اختیار دارد. این یافته‌ها ناظر بر کفایت اولیه قابلیت‌های سامانه‌اند و نباید به‌عنوان شواهد اثربخشی آموزشی تفسیر شوند. بررسی کاربردپذیری از دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسان و سنجش تأثیر سامانه بر پیامدهای یادگیری و استدلال بالینی در مطالعات بعدی ضروری است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Case-based learning can engage learners with situations resembling clinical practice and support the integration of theoretical knowledge, information analysis, and decision-making. This study aimed to identify initial requirements, develop an electronic clinical case-based learning system, and conduct a preliminary evaluation of its features by medical education experts and nursing faculty members.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This applied design-and-development study was conducted in 2022&ndash;2023 using an iterative software development process. Key publications from 2012 to 2023 were reviewed to identify educational, communication, and functional requirements, which were then translated into software features. A prototype was developed using PHP, a MySQL database, and the MVP architectural pattern. The system was subsequently evaluated using two researcher-developed checklists completed by 10 medical education experts and 10 faculty members teaching medical-surgical nursing. Responses were summarized using frequencies and percentages, and open-ended comments were used to refine the prototype.<br> <strong>Results</strong>:&nbsp; The ecase system was developed with three user roles: administrator, instructor, and learner. Its main features included course creation, clinical case authoring and presentation, question and test development, content search, assignment submission and feedback, and sharing through unique links. Most core features were considered desirable or necessary by the evaluators. However, opinions varied regarding unrestricted access to classes and clinical cases, access for non-members or users from other disciplines, and time restrictions. The evaluators&rsquo; feedback informed revision of the initial version.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The preliminary expert evaluation indicated that the system incorporated several features required for electronic delivery of clinical cases. These findings reflect the initial functional adequacy of the system and should not be interpreted as evidence of educational effectiveness.
