fa طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد در دانشکده طب ایرانی دانشگاه ع پ ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Orginal <span dir="RTL">هدف:</span> <span dir="RTL">با توجه به فقدان برنامه&nbsp; طبابت مبتنی بر شواهد</span><strong>(EBM) </strong><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;در کوریکولوم درسی طب ایرانی، برنامه ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد بعنوان روشی برای آموزش </span><strong>EBM</strong><span dir="RTL"> اجرا شد تا اثربخشی و رضایت شرکت کنندگان از این روش بررسی گردد.روش‌ها:</span> <span dir="RTL">برنامه ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد که در سال 1398 و 1399 در دانشکده طب ایرانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران طراحی و اجرا شد ترکیبی از کارگاه </span><strong>EBM</strong><span dir="RTL"> و ژورنال کلاب مبتنی بر شواهد، شامل طراحی سوال بالینی، جستجوی شواهد برتر و ارزیابی نقادانه آنها و استفاده از چک لیستهای </span><strong>EBM</strong><span dir="RTL"> ، بود.&nbsp; ارزشیابی با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای ساختارمند محقق ساخته برای بررسی اثربخشی برنامه و پرسشنامه ای غیر ساختارمند برای بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف، انتظارات و پیشنهادات انجام شد.نتایج: </span><span dir="RTL">ارزشیابی برنامه توسط ده نفری که در بیش از 70 درصد جلسات شرکت کرده بودند نشان داد که برنامه فوق برای انتقال مفاهیم </span><strong>EBM</strong><span dir="RTL"> موثر بوده است (90-100% افراد) ولی در ایجاد توانایی استفاده از مفاهیم آماری کمتر مفید بوده است (30% از افراد). همه شرکت کننده ها نیاز به یادگیری و تمرین بیشتر&nbsp; را ذکر کردند. ارزیابی کیفی از 16 نفر( برخی در کمتر از 70% جلسات شرکت کرده بودند) نقاط قوت و ضعف ، انتظارات و پیشنهادات افراد را مشخص کرد.</span>نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه فوق روشی مناسب برای انتقال دانش <strong><span dir="LTR">EBM</span></strong> بود، ولی برای ارتقای اثربخشی برنامه، مداخلات دیگری نظیر الزام دانشجویان به شرکت در جلسات، ارتقای دانش اساتید طب ایرانی در مورد <strong><span dir="LTR">EBM</span></strong> و ادامه دار بودن جلسات پیشنهاد می گردد.&nbsp; <strong>Introduction<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Due to the lack of evidence-based medicine (EBM) program in the Persian medicine curriculum, the EBM journal clubs were implemented as a method for teaching EBM and to evaluate its efficacy and satisfaction of participants. &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Methods</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> EBM journal clubs which was designed and implemented in 1398 and 1399 in the school of Persian Medicine of Iran University of Medical Sciences was a combination of an EBM workshop with EBM Journal Clubs, which included designing clinical questions and searching and critically appraising the evidence, and using EBM checklists. The evaluation was performed with a structured researcher-made questionnaire to assess the efficacy of the program, and a non-structured questionnaire to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the program, the expectations, and suggestions of the participants.&nbsp;<strong>Results</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Ten students who participated in more than 70% of sessions believed that the program was effective in conveying EBM concepts (90-100% of participants), but was not effective enough in gaining the ability to use statistical concepts (30% of participants). All of them stated that they need more practice and learning.
