fa دیدگاه دانشجویان مامایی در خصوص تأثیر بازخورد مربی بر ارتقاء سطح آموزش در مرکز مهارتهای بالینی Midwifery students' viewpoint about the effect of feedback provided by instructors on improving the level of education in the clinical skills center تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal مقدمه: دانشجویان قبل از مواجهه با بیماران واقعی مهارت‌های ضروری را تحت نظر استادان فرا گرفته تا مطمئن شوند هنگام کار روی بیمار واقعی به او ضرری نمی‌رسانند. هدف از این کار، تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان در خصوص بازخورد و اثر آن بر یادگیری ایشان در مرکز مهارت‌های بالینی است. روش‌ها: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای توصیفی بود که طی 27 نفر دانشجوی مامایی ترم دوم در مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای تهیه پرسشنامه در یک مطالعه کیفی انجام شد و براساس تم‌ها و ساب‌تم‌های حاصل از آن مطالعه، پرسشنامه‌ای با 22 سوال و در چهار بخش تنظیم و پس از تعیین CVR و CVI دیدگاه دانشجویان مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. داده‌های حاصل با نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: اغلب دانشجویان (8/69 درصد) احساس خود را از ورود به مرکز مثبت عنوان کرده بودند، 8/77 درصد آموخته‌های خود در  CSCرا متوسط و بالاتر تلقی کردند. 7/66 درصد مولاژهای کهنه و با کیفیت پایین را مهم‌ترین مشکل  CSCقلمداد می‌کردند. همچنین اکثریت آنان معتقد بودند بازخورد به یادگیری کمک کرده و زمان ارائه این بازخورد را در خلوت می‌دانستند. نتیجه‌گیری: احساس دانشجویان در ورود به مرکز مهارت‌های بالینی مجموعاً احساس مثبت و حتی اشتیاق بوده است. برخی کمبودها و برخوردهای نامناسب در مرکز می‌تواند بر علاقه و حتی انگیزه آن‌ها اثرگذار باشد اما دیدگاه ایشان نسبت به دریافت بازخورد در مرکز مثبت بود. با بازخورد سازنده‌تر، انتظار می‌رود دانشجویان انگیزه بیشتری برای انجام کار بهتر داشته باشند. Introduction: Clinical education is specifically significant in nursing and midwifery schools. For optimal education, it is essential that students receive feedback from instructors before encountering patients to prevent harm in actual settings. This study aimed to determine midwifery students' viewpoint about feedback and its impact on learning in Clinical Skills Centers (CSCs). Methods: This was a descriptive study in which 27 second semester midwifery students participated in the study. To prepare a questionnaire, a qualitative study was conducted and based on the themes and subsets of that study, a questionnaire with 22 questions was prepared in four sections and after determining the CVR and CVI, students' views were assessed. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS statistical software version 22. Results: The majority of the students (69.8%) had a positive view about learning in CSCs, 77.8% felt they had a moderate to high level of knowledge about CSC, and 88.9% believed that they should review their learnings before starting a new session in CSC. They mostly believed that the old and poor quality models are the most important problems they encountered (66.7%.). Students alleged that getting feedback from lecturers improves learning, but they preferred to receive it privately. Conclusion: Although satisfied with clinical skills centers, shortcomings and inappropriate behaviors can affect students’ interest and motivation.
