fa بررسی نقش عوامل ساختاری و مدیریتی دانشگاه در افزایش انجام انجام طرح‌های تحقیقاتی درزمینه آموزش علوم پزشکی از دیدگاه اعضاء هیات علمی بیرجند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong>مقدمه </strong><strong>و </strong><strong>هدف:</strong> از وظایف یک عضو هیات علمی در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی، تحقیق و پژوهش است. در عمل مشاهده می‌گردد بیشتر اساتید به سمت کارهای پژوهشی رشته تخصصی خود گرایش دارند و کمتر به سمت تحقیقات در حوزه آموزش، که خود از وظایف اصلی یک استاد محسوب می‌شود، علاقه‌مند هستند. بر این اساس این مطالعه، به بررسی عوامل ساختاری و مدیریتی موثر بر افزایش انجام پژوهش‌های آموزشی پرداخت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه هدف تمام اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند بودند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که نمونه مورد بررسی 100نفر تعیین و به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 19 ماده ای که دارای 2 خرده مقیاس بود، استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه به تائید افراد صاحب نظر رسید و پایایی بر اساس شیوه آلفای کرونباخ 81% بدست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی (<span dir="LTR">t</span> تک نمونه ای ، <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل و تحلیل واریانس) در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب عامل ساختاری دانشگاه(42/1&plusmn;24/4) و عامل مدیریتی دانشگاه (835/0&plusmn;89/3) با افزایش انجام طرح‌های تحقیقاتی پژوهش در آموزش ارتباط دارد. همچنین نقش هر کدام از عوامل موثر بر تقویت پژوهشی در بین اساتید بر اساس جنس متفاوت بود (<span dir="LTR">PValue<0/05</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: انجام اصلاحات ساختاری و مدیریتی، همچنین تغییر در سیاست‌های پژوهشی دانشگاه می‌‌تواند افزایش تحقیقات پژوهش در آموزش را در پی داشته باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 3cm;"></p><p></p> <p style="margin-left: 1cm;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 2cm;"></p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> A faculty member in a medical university is infused with the responsibility to perform research. The majority of the faculties are inclined to conduct studies more in line with their specialty but less with regard to education, which is itself a major responsibility of them. Accordingly, this study examined the relationship between structural and managerial factors influencing the increase in educational research.</p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p><p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p><p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p><p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This is a descriptive, analytic study. The population included all the faculty members in Birjand University of Medical Sciences. Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size as 100 subjects who were selected by stratified random sampling method. To collect data, a 19-item researcher-made questionnaire was used, which had two subscales. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and its internal consistency was calculated as 81% by Cronbach&#39;s alpha. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, and frequency) and inferential statistics (t single sample, independent t-test, and ANOVA) were used. The significant level was considered at 0.05.</p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that, respectively, the University structural (4.24&plusmn;1.42) and <strong>University </strong>managerial (3.89&plusmn;0.835) correlated with increase in education-oriented research projects. The role of each of the influential factors on research was sex-dependent (p < 0.05).</p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Structural and administrative reforms, as well as changes in policy research could lead to increased research in education.</p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left: 70.9pt;"><strong>Citation:</strong> Mohammadi Y, Khazaei Y.
