Introduction: Nursing profession, including science has always been known as the conscience of the health care system. They provide nursing  without any discrimination and judgment toward the clients. Because providing care to respect the dignity and rights of human beings and ethics, is an integral part of the health care system. The present study aims at promoting professional ethics in nursing education system  so finding the best way to promote nursing ethics is important.

Methods: The literature review of previous studies has been conducted. searching all articles, including 37 studies, between 1988 to 2016 and using the keywords such as moral education, nursing students, nursing ethics, moral authority and professional ethics  was part of the conducted task.

Results: The results represent a tremendous impact of the studies for systematic training of nursing ethics in the curriculum. Providing regular curriculum, lectures, role model of instructors  trained and skilled instructors in order to promote education and thereby improving the quality of care in nursing ethics and moral right decisions have been effective.

Conclusion: Results indicate continued efforts to develop the content, structure and innovative teaching methods in undergraduate nursing ethics education program. It will not be possible unless thereare coordinating and supporting organizations. It is hoped that such  studies on nurse educators to help improvement of the quality of their teaching practices through the training methods.
