مقدمه و هدف: یادگیری فراگیران معمولاً به وسیله عملکرد تحصیلی آن‌ها مورد سنجش قرار می‌گیرد. عوامل متعددی، عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. برخی از این عوامل موجب بهبود عملکرد و برخی موجب تضعیف عملکرد فراگیران می‌شود. از جمله عواملی که به شکل منفی بر عملکرد تحصیلی اثرگذار بوده، فرسودگی تحصیلی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه حمایت اجتماعی و یادگیری خودتنظیمی با فرسودگی تحصیلی بود. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. 

روش ها: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز بودند که از بین آن‌ها 256 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های حمایت اجتماعی، پرسشنامه راهبردهای انگیزشی برای یادگیری پنتریچ و دی گروت، پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو، سالانووا و شائوفلی جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی به کمک نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 18 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تمامی روابط بین حمایت اجتماعی و یادگیری خودتنظیمی با فرسودگی تحصیلی در سطح مطلوبی معنی‌دار هستند.

نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، که آموزش حمایت اجتماعی و یادگیری خودتنظیمی در کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی و ارتقا عملکرد تحصیلی مؤثر بوده است.
