fa روان‌سنجی مقیاس سنجش شهامت اخلاقی پزشکان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>هدف</strong>: شهامت اخلاقی به معنی داشتن جسارت برای انجام امور براساس اخلاق بدون توجه به پیامدهای نامطلوب است. با وجود اهمیت شهامت اخلاقی در حرفه‌ی پزشکی، کمبود مطالعات تجربی بر روی محتوا و مفهوم این موضوع در درمان بیمار و آموزش پزشکی حس می‌شود. یکی از دلایل محدودیت تحقیقات در این زمینه، نبود مقیاسی مؤثر و باکفایت جهت ارزیابی شهامت اخلاقی در پزشکان می‌باشد. در همین راستا هدف مطالعه حاضر روان‌سنجی ترجمه فارسی مقیاس سنجش شهامت اخلاقی پزشکان طراحی شده توسط مارتینز و همکاران می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش‌ها</strong>: مطالعه‌ی‌ حاضر از نوع مقطعی و به منظور روان‌سنجی ابزار شهامت اخلاقی در پزشکان انجام شد. جامعه هدف پژوهش، دستیاران و کارورزان مراکز آموزشی بالینی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1399 بودند. در این مطالعه با توجه به وجود 12 گزاره در ابزار مورد استفاده حجم نمونه 60 نفر یعنی 5 نفر به ازای هر گزاره به صورت تصادفی انتخاب گردید. در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه شهامت اخلاقی پزشکان مارتینز ترجمه گردید و روایی صوری و محتوایی، روایی سازه، پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون و ضریب همسانی درونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: از بین 92 نفر 60 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. تمامی گویه‌های پرسشنامه از نظر روایی صوری و محتوایی مناسب بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ برای مقیاس برابر 0/878 گزارش شد. همچنین پایایی ثبات پرسشنامه از طریق آزمون باز آزمون تائید شد. براساس شاخص‌های برازش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی پرسشنامه در مجموع از روایی سازه مناسبی برخوردار بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، یافته‌های پژوهش مبین روایی صوری، محتوایی، سازه و همسانی درونی می‌باشد و استفاده از این پرسشنامه در تحقیقات پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Moral courage means having the audacity to act according to ethical principles without regard for adverse consequences. Despite the significance of moral courage in the medical profession, there is a notable lack of empirical studies focused on the content and concept of this topic in patient care and medical education. One of the reasons for the limited research in this area is the absence of an effective and adequate scale to assess moral courage among physicians. Accordingly, our aim was to psychometrically evaluate the Persian translation of the moral courage scale for physicians designed by Martinez et al.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study was cross-sectional. The target population consisted of residents and trainees at clinical training centers affiliated with the Iran University of Medical. A sample size of 60 participants was determined, corresponding to five respondents per item of the 12-item scale. In this research, the Moral Courage Scale for Physicians (MCSP) by Martinez et al. was translated into Persian, and its construct validity, test-retest reliability, internal consistency coefficient and content and face validity were evaluated.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Out of ninety-two individuals, 60 responded to the questionnaire. All items were considered appropriate regarding face and content validity. The questionnaire&rsquo;s reliability, measured by Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha, was reported to be 0.878. Additionally, its stability was confirmed through a test-retest method. Based on the fit indices achieved by the confirmatory factor analysis, the questionnaire demonstrated adequate construct validity overall.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: According to the obtained results, the research findings indicate face validity, content validity, construct validity, and internal consistency; therefore, the use of this questionnaire in research is recommended.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> شهامت اخلاقی, پزشکان,اخلاق پزشکی, روان‌سنجی, روایی و پایایی.
