fa اجرای آزمون ارزیابی مهارت های عملی در دانشجویان فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوره کارآموزی در عرصه Implementing a Practical Skills Assessment Examination in Internship Health Information Technology Students تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal ارزشیابی های اصولی تاثیر مستقیم در بهبود فرایند آموزشی و دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی در دوره کار آموزی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه اجرای آزمون ارزیابی مهارت های عملی در دوره کارآموزی در عرصه دانشجویان فناوری اطلاعات سلامت بوده است. روش کار: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی- مقطعی عملکرد 59 دانشجوی فناوری اطلاعات سلامت در دوره کارآموزی در عرصه، که به روش سرشماری و در طی سه سال متوالی وارد مطالعه شدند، در6 ایستگاه تعیین شده در بخش های اداری بیمارستان با استفاده از چک لیستهای محقق ساخته موررد سنجش قرار گرفت. مجموع نمرات ایستگاهها 20  نمره بود، نمرات به سه سطح خیلی ضعیف (5-0) ضعیف(10-6)، متوسط(15-11) و خوب(20-16) تقسیم شد. تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزارSPSS  ورژن 21  و آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. نتایج: از بین آزمون دهندگان (دانشجویان) 8/72 درصد زن و بقیه مرد بودند. بیشترین شرکت کنندگان هیئت علمی به عنوان آزمون گیرنده زن بودند. میانگین نمره دانشجویان 53/17 از 20 بود که در حد خوب ارزیابی شد (حداقل نمره 12 و حداکثر 20) بود. بیشترین نمره مربوط به پذیرش و کمترین نمره مربوط به بیمه وآمار بود. نتیجه گیری: آزمون ارزیابی مهارت های عملی دوره کارآموزی مانند آزمون آسکی، امکان ارزیابی مهارت های حرفه ای و شایستگی‌های دانشجویان را با معیارهای عینی فراهم می‌کند. این آزمون می تواند به عنوان مکمل سایر روش‌های ارزیابی در دوره کارآموزی در عرصه باشد با توجه به عینی بودن و ارائه بازخورد به دانشجویان در مورد عملکردشان می‌تواند آموزش‌های با تأثیر بالا را برای دانشجویان فراهم کند.   Introduction: Systematic evaluations have a direct impact on improving the educational process and achieving educational goals during the internship. The aim of this study is to conduct an examination for practical skills assessment in internship health information technology students. Methods: This research was descriptive cross-sectional study examined the performance of 59 in health information technology students in the field internship. they were enrolled in the study by census method, at 6 stations in the administrative departments of hospital using checklists. The total score of the stations was 20, which was divided into four levels: very poor (0-5), poor (6-10), average (11-15), and good (16-20). Data analysis was performed using spss 21software and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: Results showed that 71.2 percent of the students were female and the rest were male. Most of the faculty participants were female. The average score was 17.53 out of 20, which is considered good (minimum score 12 and maximum 20). The highest score was related to admissions and the lowest score was related to insurance and statistics. Conclusion: The practical skills assessment examination for the internship, such as the OSCE, provides the opportunity to assess the professional skills and competencies of the students with objective criteria.
