fa تبیین تجارب دانشجویان پزشکی از بکارگیری روش های یادگیری فعال در آموزش پزشکی در بالین: یک مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><span style="color:black">هدف</span></strong><span style="color:black">: با توجه به اهمیت پرورش پزشکان حاذق، آموزش پزشکی امر بسیار خطیر و مهمی است و این امر لزوم استفاده از به روزترین و موثرترین روش‌های آموزش را تبیین می‌کند. از جمله روش‌های آموزشی موثر، روش‌های آموزش فعال می‌باشد که ما در این مطالعه به تبیین تجارب دانشجویان از به کارگیری روش‌های یادگیری فعال در آموزش پزشکی در بالین پرداختیم.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black">روش کار:</span></strong><span style="color:black"> در این مطالعه کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی نظرات 11 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی اکسترن و اینترن دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم از طریق سوالات باز در قالب مصاحبه‌ی تک به تک درباره‌ی روش‌های آموزش فعال و تجربیات آن‌ها از به کارگیری این روش‌ها جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA کدگذاری و تحلیل شد و مفاهیم مهم استخراج گردید.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black">یافته ها:</span></strong><span style="color:black"> تعداد 144 کد اولیه در قالب 5 مضمون اصلی و 18 طبقه فرعی و در مواردی نیز 31 زیر طبقه دسته بندی شد. مضامین اصلی شامل؛ تجارب دانشجویان از یادگیری فعال، زمینه های یادگیری فعال در آموزش بالینی، مزایای استفاده از روش یادگیری فعال، فرصت های یادگیری فعال در بالین و چالش های یادگیری فعال در بالین، می باشد. </span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> بر اساس آن چه از تجربیات دانشجویان در خصوص آموزش فعال بالینی در 5 مضمون اصلی تجربیات، زمینه ها، مزایا، فرصتها و چالشهای یادگیری فعال به دست آمد، یادگیری فعال نقش به سزایی در تثبیت مطالب آموخته شده دارد و نیاز لازم و اساسی برای یادگیری موثر پزشکی می باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><span style="color:black">Introduction:</span></strong><span style="color:black"> Considering the importance of training competent physicians, medical education is a very serious and important matter, and this explains the need to use the most up-to-date and effective teaching methods. Among the effective teaching methods are active teaching methods, which we have explained in this study the students&#39; experiences of using active learning methods in clinical medical education.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black">Method:</span></strong><span style="color:black"> In this qualitative phenomenological study, the opinions of 11 extern and intern medical students of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences were collected through open-ended questions in the form of one-on-one interviews about active teaching methods and their experiences of using these methods, and they were coded and analyzed using MAXQDA software, and important concepts were extracted.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:black">Findings:</span></strong><span style="color:black"> 144 initial codes were categorized into 5 main themes and 18 subcategories, and in some cases, 31 subcategories.
