fa ارزیابی وضعیت کیفی راند های بالینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان براساس استانداردهای آموزش بالینی Quality assessment of clinical rounds at Kashan University of Medical Sciences based on clinical education standards تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal مقدمه: آموزش بالینی از مقاطع حساس آموزش پزشکی می‌باشد که ‌در شکل‌دهی توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای فراگیران نقش عمده‌ای دارد و فرصتی برای به کارگیری دانش نظری دانشجویان به ‌صورت عملی فراهم می‌کند. راند بالینی به ‌عنوان بارزترین نوع آموزش بالینی است که‌ به ‌موازات فرآیندهای تشخیصی، درمان و مراقبت از بیمار در بخش‌های بیمارستان‌های آموزشی انجام می‌گیرد. این مطالعه ‌با هدف ارزشیابی وضعیت راند بالینی در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی ‌کاشان انجام شد. روش‌ها: این پژوهش به ‌صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1398، در دو مرحله‌انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل ۳۰۲ نفر از پزشکان، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان  بودند. ابتدا براساس استانداردهای آموزش بالینی تدوین شده ‌توسط وزارت بهداشت، پرسشنامه ‌راند بالینی با مقیاس لیکرت 5 درجه، تدوین شد. روایی صوری و محتوا و پایایی پرسشنامه ‌تأیید گردید.(955/0r=) در مرحله‌ بعدی با استفاده ‌از این ابزار، وضعیت راند بالینی از دیدگاه ‌اساتید، پزشکان، دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان یک بیمارستان آموزشی در گروه‌های آموزشی مختلف، ارزشیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده ‌از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی) تحلیل شدند (05/0P-Value≤). یافته‌ها: ‌وضعیت کیفی راند بالینی از دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار داشت. اغلب پاسخ‌های مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌ وضعیت آموزشی راند بالینی بر گزینه‌های بسیار مطلوب و مطلوب متمرکز بود. میانگین کیفیت وضعیت راند بالینی از دیدگاه ‌گروه‌های داخلی، اطفال، زنان، عفونی و روانپزشکی، به ‌طور معناداری بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار داشت. (001/0P-Value<). نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت راند بالینی در مجموع، مطلوب گزارش شد. به ‌نظر می‌رسد آگاهی اساتید از استانداردهای آموزشی در عرصه ‌راند بالینی در ارتقای کیفیت آن و در نهایت بهبود صلاحیت بالینی فراگیران و ارائه‌ خدمات درمانی، موثر است.   Introduction: Clinical education is one of the critical areas of medical education which plays a major role in shaping learners' professional competencies and provides an opportunity for students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical way. Clinical Rounds are the most prominent type of clinical education that is provided during the process of diagnosis, treatment, and patient care in educational hospital wards. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical round status in Kashan Shahid-Beheshti Hospital Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 302 physicients and medical students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences in 2019. Initially, a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was developed based on clinical education standards developed by the Ministry of Health. Face and content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed (r = 0.955). In the next phase, using this tool, the clinical status of the faculty members, physicians, residents, interns and clerks in different educational departments was evaluated. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test) (P≤0.05). Results: Participants consisted of 302 subjects who believed that the clinical round status was higher than normal level. They had mostly marked desirable/most desirable choices in the questionnaire. The mean score of clinical round status was significantly higher in the internal, pediatric, gynecological, infectious and psychiatric groups (P<0.001). Conclusion: The clinical round status was reported to be favorable. It seems that awareness of the educational standards in clinical practice is effective in improving its quality and ultimately improving the learners’ clinical competency and providing health care services.   راند آموزشی, آموزش پزشکی, دانشجویان پزشکی, صلاحیت بالینی.
