fa مقایسه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری در ایران و دانشکده پرستاری آلبرتا تخصصي Special <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong></span>دوره‌ی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری در پی تربیت پرستار حرفه‌ای است که به‌عنوان یک پرستار متخصص بتواند خدمات و مراقبت‌ها را در عرصه‌های مختلف فرد، خانواده و جامعه ارایه دهد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه نظام آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته پرستاری در ایران و آلبرتا انجام شده است.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> </span>این مطالعه به روش توصیفی- تطبیقی در سال ۱۳۹۷ انجام شد. جهت مقایسه نظام آموزشی از الگوی بردی که شامل چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه است، استفاده شد. جستجوی اینترنتی، از سایت وزارت بهداشت ایران، انجمن پرستاری و نیز سایت معتبر دانشگاه آلبرتا کانادا، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. سپس، داده‌ها طبقه‌بندی و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong></span> سیر دگرگونی‌های رشته‌های کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری، هم در ایران و هم در آلبرتا بر پایه نیازهای جامعه، شکل گرفته است. تحصیل در دانشکده‌های پرستاری ایران وابسته به شرکت در آزمون کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری است که توسط وزارت بهداشت برگزار می‌گردد؛ پذیرش دانشجو در آلبرتا بدون آزمون مشروط به داشتن مدرک معتبر زبان انگلیسی، معدل دوره‌های قبلی، گذراندن واحدهای همچون آمار و روش تحقیق، داشتن تجربه بالینی، توصیه‌نامه و پرستار دارای مجوز کار می‌باشد.<br> <br> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span></span> <span dir="RTL">نظام</span> <span dir="RTL">بهداشتی و</span> <span dir="RTL">خدمات</span> <span dir="RTL">سلامت، جهت</span> <span dir="RTL">ارایه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی با کیفیت و در نتیجه بهبود ایمنی بیمار، نیازمند</span> <span dir="RTL">تدوین نظام</span> <span dir="RTL">آموزشی</span> <span dir="RTL">بر</span> <span dir="RTL">اساس صلاحیت علمی</span> <span dir="RTL">و</span> <span dir="RTL">عملی و الگوبرداری از نظام آموزشی برتر دنیا می‌باشد.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>کلیدواژگان:</strong></span> </span>آلبرتا، ایران، برنامه درسی، مدل بِردی، مطالعه تطبیقی</span><br> &nbsp;</span> <hr><br> <span style="font-size:12px;">&nbsp;</span></div> <div style="clear:both;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div><strong><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Abstract</span></span></span></strong><br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#3498db;"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Introduction:</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"> A nursing graduate course is aimed at educating a professional nurse who, as a nurse specialist, can take care of the health status, provision of services and coordination of care in different areas of the individual, family, and community. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the educational system of the MSc in Nursing in Iran and Alberta.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong></span> This descriptive-comparative study was carried out in 1397. To compare educational system with Beredy model, which consists of four stages of description, interpretation, adjacency and comparison. The Internet search was used by the Iranian Ministry of Health, the Nursing Association, and the Canadian University of Alberta website. Then, data were categorized and compared.<br> <br> <span style="color:#3498db;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> The course of metamorphosis of nursing masters in both Iran and Alberta is based on the needs of the community.
