fa میزان آگاهی اساتید مشاور از قوانین و مقررات آموزشی و وضعیت عملکرد آنها در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">مقدمه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">مشاوره تحصیلی دانشجویان به عنوان یکی از وظایف اعضای هیات‌علمی مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. از آنجائی که در اکثر مطالعات، دانشجویان نظر مثبتی نسبت به عملکرد اساتید مشاور نداشته‌اند، دلیل آن ممکن است اطلاعات ناکافی اساتید از قوانین آموزشی باشد. بنابراین هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین میزان آگاهی اساتید مشاور از قوانین آموزشی و وضعیت عملکرد آن‌ها بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">در این مطالعه، 120 نفر از اساتید مشاور به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. میزان آگاهی به وسیله پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته شامل 18 قسمت و تدوین شده براساس قوانین آموزشی و وضعیت عملکرد براساس پرسشنامه مدون معاونت آموزشی دانشگاه تعیین شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">و شاخص‌های فراوانی و درصد انجام شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">در 4 بخش از 18 بخش قوانین آموزشی، میزان آگاهی اساتید مشاور کاملا مطلوب،</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">در 12 بخش،</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">نسبتا مطلوب و در دو بخش نامطلوب بود.</span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">مسئولین دانشگاه در بیشتر موارد، عملکرد اساتید مشاور را مطلوب گزارش کردند و تنها در یک مورد &quot;برگزاری حداقل 3 جلسه گروهی در طول یک نیمسال جهت دانشجویان&quot; وضعیت نامطلوب بود. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">در بیشتر موارد میزان آگاهی اساتید مشاور نسبتا مطلوب و عملکرد آنان کاملا مطلوب گزارش شد و تنها در مورد &quot;برگزاری جلسات مشاوره گروهی&quot; وضعیت عملکرد نامطلوب بود. جهت اطلاع دقیق‌تر اساتید مشاور، ارزشیابی آن‌ها از نظر آگاهی از قوانین آموزشی در پایان هر سال و گنجاندن نمره این ارزشیابی در ارزشیابی کلی اساتید پیشنهاد می‌گردد. </span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Students&#39; academic counseling has been emphasized as one of the duties of faculty members. The reason for students&rsquo; dissatisfaction and not having positive opinion about the performance of advisors in many studies would be the inadequate information of the advisers from the educational regularities. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the awareness of the advisers about educational regulations and their performance status<span dir="RTL">.</span> <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this study, 120 academic advisers were selected through census sampling method to participate in the study. Their awareness was determined by a self-made questionnaire consisting of 18 parts and was developed according to educational regulations. The advisors&rsquo; performance was based on a questionnaire prepared by the Deputy of Education of the university. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and indicators of Mean, Percent and Pearson correlation test.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>In 13 sections out of 18 on educational regulations, the awareness of the advisers was relatively favorable and in 5 sections it was quite desirable. The university officials reported a favorable status in most cases and in only one case &quot;holding at least 3 student group sessions for a semester&quot; the status was unfavorable.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>In most cases, the academic advisers&rsquo; awareness was relatively approving and their performance was quite favorable. Only in the case of &quot;holding group counseling sessions&quot; the performance was undesirable. To keep advisors more informed, it is recommended that their awareness of educational regulations be evaluated at the end of each year and the grade of this assessment be included in the general evaluations. آگاهی , عملکردآموزشی , مشاور تحصیلی , قوانین آموزشی.
